Ÿ Refundable Deposits are claimable upon completion or withdrawal from the programmes on condition that no outstanding fees are owed to the university.
RM 400 for all other programmes Ÿ *Exemption from the Bahasa Kebangsaan A subject shall be awarded IF:
COMPULSORY SUBJECTS* i. Applicant attained a credit (minimum C) in Bahasa Malaysia subject at SPM examinations, or
ii. Applicant has studied and passed the Bahasa Kebangsaan A subject in another MQA-approved programme or instituition.

INSURANCE Ÿ *Exemption from the Basic English subject shall be awarded IF:
Kuala Lumpur - RM 30 (per annum) RM 1,500 for English Foundation i. Applicant attained a credit in English Language subject at SPM (minimum C) or UEC (minimum B6) examinations, or
Sarawak - RM 30 (per annum) *May 2020 intake onwards ii. Applicant has completed at least 12 months of studies in an English-medium undergraduate programme, or
iii. Applicant fulfils any other English proficiency requirements stipulated in the UCSI Undergraduate Handbook
