CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 bar butter (250 grams)
2 eggs
3 cups AP flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp hot water
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup choco chips

Procedure:
 Pre-Heat oven to 350F (very important)
 Combine sugars with butter and mix well until creamy.
 Add eggs one at a time while mixing (add the next egg
once it's mixed).
 Dissolve baking soda in water and mix in the vanilla
and salt as well.
 Add dissolved baking soda to the mixture.
 Add the flour, mix well until creamy and consistent
mixture.
 Add the choco chips and slowly mix to avoid dissolving
the choco chips.
 Using a 1 tbsp, scoop the dough to an oiled pan, make
sure may ample space between scoops sa pan kasi
mageexpand.
 Bake for 10-15 mins. or until the sides are slightly
browner than the center.
 Set aside to cool.
Enjoy! Makes about 72 cookies

Note:
To prevent the choco chips from dissolving, chill the choco chips first or freeze them.
If you want a soft center for your cookies, increase the temp to 380F. (ingat lang baka masunog)

Variation:
Separate a 1/3 cup of the choco chips and mix them with the sugar-butter mixture or use melted
chocolate to make double-choco chip cookies. (naiwanan ko kasi sa mixture yung choco chips
one time, natunaw, sarap naman)
Add nuts or nips/m&ms, para maiba naman.
