Quality Assurance:

 Checking, verifying and approving all grades of concrete based on IS codes requirement and
as per the specifications
 Check and verify all incoming materials on to the site as per approved test plan.
 Checking verifying and approving Inspection Test plan as per specification and client field
quality plan
  Carryout Quality checks that the implementation of correct construction practices for all
structural works are in compliance with approved Method Statements, ITPs, Drawings, and
Specifications.
 Carry out post concrete audits and raise NCRs, classifying them into major or minor and
monitor their closure.
 Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project ensuring the
equipment is within calibration prior to use.
 Ensure that all arrangements are in place before starting of concrete from quality
perspective.
 Update reporting manager on the performance of the plasticizers and mineral admixtures,
for different concrete mix designs for cost optimizations and performance.
 Update reporting manager on the performance of waterproofing systems whenever new
systems are introduced.
 Assist project QE Manager in preparing the monthly quality reports.

 Carryout Quality Control Inspections at defined stage as per approved ITPs, Drawings,
Specifications for all structural works.
 Carryout Inspections of all materials delivered at site as well as inspections at vendors /

 Verification of the fresh concrete quality (randomly) such as concrete slump, cohesiveness,

and Quality management representative (India) I was involved in all QA/QC activities further the
