Dear Ms. ECHANO:
Congratulations!
We have conditionally accepted your job application for the position of HR/Paralegal
Consultant u nder the following terms and conditions:
1. Probationary Period: You shall be on probationary status for a maximum period
of 180 days from your first day of work. You shall be notified of the reasonable
standards to qualify for regular employment on or before your first day of work.
2. Monthly Paid: You shall be paid every day of the month, including rest days,
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (both regular and special).
3. Basic Daily Rate: Your basic daily rate shall be PhP670.00 , which makes your
basic annual salary equivalent to P hP244,550.00 (= PhP670/day x 365 days).
4. Office Work: You are required to be physically present at our office at least 5
days each week, preferably from Monday to Friday. However, you may request
your immediate superior to allow you to work from home or from a remote
location based on reasonable grounds.
5. Monetary Benefits: As a field personnel , you are entitled to flexitime work,
and to the following companyinitiated monetary benefits (aside from the
mandatory labor standard benefits e.g. 13th month pay, etc.):
A. SERVICE INCENTIVE LEAVE (SIL) same as the rankandfile SIL benefit;

NOTE: As a field personnel , you are NOT entitled to holiday pay,
premium pay (both for special holidays and rest days), overtime pay, night
shift differential pay, and other benefits (beyond labor standards),
incentives, rewards and privileges that are not expressly mentioned in this
Job Offer.
6. Monetary Incentives: You shall be entitled to a share in the 5% incentive given
to your production team computed based on the total amount collected from
clients that your team served (excluding VAT), the details of which shall be
discussed with you by your assigned team leader.
7. OutofPocket Expense Reimbursement: All outofpocket expenses (OPEs)
that you have incurred in the performance of your duties and responsibilities shall
be reimbursed upon submission of proof of expense or payment subject to
prevailing company policies and to paragraph 8 below.
8. Internet and Telecommunication Expenses Reimbursement: Your internet
and telecommunication expenses shall be considered as business expenses but
the amount that you can reimburse is limited to P
hP1,200.00 per month only.
9. Training Benefit: You shall be entitled to attend on official time any training or
learning event organized by Ariva Event Management or by Ariva Academy
subject to available slots and prevailing company policies.
10. Duties and Responsibilities: As an HR/Paralegal Consultant, you shall perform
the following functions:
a. Render legal and paralegal services, as well as pertinent human resource
services, for our clients and also for our organization;
b. Prepare statements of account, invoices, production reports, time sheets,
official receipts and other documents necessary or incidental to support
our billing and collection activities;
c. Assist and/ or cooperate in all marketing campaigns, as well as in all
business improvement, product development and service enhancement
activities of our organization; and
d. Perform other duties and responsibilities usually performed by an
HR/Paralegal Consultant.
11. Immediate Superior: You shall be assigned to a production team with a team
leader who shall be your direct superior.
12. Disclaimer: This Job Offer is NOT an employment contract, although it may be
made as an integral part of your employment contract, which we shall email to

you for your review and signature upon your acceptance of this Job Offer, or on
or before your first day work.
13. Preemployment documents and other requirements: Please submit the
following documents (original or photocopy, as the case may be) within 180
days from your first day of work:
a. Signed employment contract;
b. Signed and completely filled up biodata sheet (that we shall provide);
c. Valid governmentissued identification card;
d. Fit to work medical certificate;
e. NBI clearance and PNP clearance;
f. Educational credentials (TOR); and
g. TIN, SSS, PhilHealth and PagIbig numbers and supporting documents.
NOTE 1: I n case of photocopy, please bring the original for comparison.
NOTE 2: Your failure to submit any of the aboveenumerated preemployment
document or requirement shall result in your failure to qualify for regular
employment pursuant to paragraph 1 above.
14. Position Upgrade: While remaining as a probationary employee, your position
shall be automatically upgraded to Associate Lawyer upon your presentation of
your Certificate of Title to the Philippine Bar, and you shall be entitled to the
commensurate compensation upgrade for your upgraded position.
15. Transitory Provision: Atty. Apollo X.C.S. Sangalang and Atty. Marvyn A.
Gaerlan reserve the right to transfer your employment to another organization or
entity, which they are part of (e.g. Sangalang & Gaerlan, Business Lawyers), with
your length of service carried over and the principle of nondiminution of benefits
fully observed.
Should you find the foregoing terms and conditions acceptable, please sign on
