Performance certificate

This is to clarifi'that the Xianyang Guotang Sewage Treatment Plant,

implemented by Shaarxi Xianyang Road and Bridge corporation, started
construction in August 2015, and completed completion acceptance in
April 2017. The engineering quallty assessment level is excellent.

The project adopts more advanced sewage treatment with improved A/A/O

treatment process, advanced treatment with coagulation sedimentation and

filter cloth filter tank process, disinfection with chlorine dioxide

disinfection process, and sludge treatment with mechanical belt
concentration dehydration process. Its design scale is 50,000 cubic meters
of urban sewage treatment capacrty per day, and the construction of a 20km
Q750mm sewage pipe network connecting the sewage plant at ihe same
period. Total investment: t27 .43 million ymn.
The main engineering quantities of this project are:

The Xianyang Guotang Sewage Treatment Plant constructed by Shaanxi

Xianyang Road and Bridge corporation. has greatly improved the
surrounding water environment after completion, and plays a very
important role in controlling water pollution and protecting the water
quality and ecologicalbalance of the local watershed.
