English language characters with the help of Neural Network.
The input to the tool given with the help of optical mouse. This software is capable of
recognizing small and capital alphabets. This software can be started from the
beginning according to one’s own handwriting. This application is a GUI based application
which is developed in JAVA. Our application is using Neural Networks for
recognizing characters.
