asking government to intervene in the financial matter and give them certain

 77% Realtors use social media , in some way , shape or form.

 47% of the real estate businesses note that highest quality leads are generated from
social media than any other source.
 99% Millenials begin their home search online.

Social Media is an absolute gold mine for Real estate sectors. But in order to use it properly
social media strategy needs to be good enough to capture the audience.

Facebook(97%),Linked-in(59%) and Instagram(39%) are the most used marketing tools on

social media.

Facebook for Realtors:

Facebook is the staple of marketing for Real Estate. Facebook user demographics represent
the target audience for any given real estate business age and income wise.

Facebook offers many features to businesses where the company can list out their projects,
and engage their followers and can curate reviews on a single platform.

Facebook ads plays an important role, by directly targeting the demographics, who have
shown specific interest in the project.

Linked-In for realtors:

As a primarily B2B network, LinkedIn isn’t necessarily somewhere to spot real estate clients.
However, it is a fantastic place to network with fellow realtors and show off your industry
experience.
It is beneficial for realtors to build a page on Linkedin in addition to digital resume where
employee can share opportunities to go back and forth. It’s a great way to supplement your
online presence.

Instagram for realtors:

Instagram is booming for Real estate sectors, attractive photos are more intriguing for the
viewers and it makes people go through a project or a campaign. Thus leads to people
engagement, and it is more in favour of Luxury and Boutique real estate business.
Presence of Omaxe Ltd on social media:

Omaxe Ltd:

Omaxe with 119.5 sq. fit of delivered space . Founded in 1987 has been working on 21
projects in 27 cities.

In comparison to its competitors Omaxe has a better presence on facebook. With a 84,560
followers and 83,573 people liking it. Has a good content posted with a better engagement of
viewers than its competitors.

Their posts having shares more than their competitors, shows how much people are engaging
themselves on their page and sharing their content.
On instagram, Omaxe has been highly active and 468 posts with 5005 followers, they have
been highly promoting their projects on instagram as , instagram is a platform to share photos
and texts with users , it is a good strategy to keep the projects visible to the users on
instagram. But due to lack of creative content it becomes very monotonous for the viewers to
keep them engaged with the page.

Twitter:

Prsence of omaxe, rishita and dlf is also present on twitter , but omaxe and rishita totally
focusing on the promotion of their projects on twitter has not been able to grab much
audience for their posts whereas DLF has been strategic just like its instagram sttrategy of
having pages of their commercial projects and posting the actuvities happening their and thus
making it happening page for the viewers. This approach of DLF has kept them one step
ahead in connecting with the viewers and engaging them on their page.
Role of AI in current scenario for online marketting:

Basically, we can teach machines to be like humans. We can give them the ability to see,
hear, speak, move, and write. You use AI every day, no matter where you work or what you
do.

Your smartphone has dozens of native capabilities powered by AI, such as voice assistants
and real-time navigation.Your favorite services, like Amazon and Netflix, use AI to offer
product recommendations.

And email clients like Gmail even use AI to automatically write parts of emails for you.

Many of AI's most impressive capabilities are powered by machine learning, a subset of AI
that enables machine systems to make accurate predictions based on large sets of data. The
smartest AI tools then actually improve the accuracy of their predictions over time.

It's this last part that makes AI and machine learning different from traditional software or
technology platforms. Your typical non-AI software is coded by humans, then follows the
instructions humans have given it. These systems only get better when humans manually
make them better.

AI tools, on the other hand, can improve on their own, based on both their own historical
performance and new data given to the system—unlocking potentially unlimited performance
gains.

That means every piece of marketing software you use today, from ad buying to analytics to
automation to content strategy to social, can be made more intelligent using AI and machine
learning.

These tools can then be trained to leverage individual behaviors, preferences, beliefs, and
interests to personalize experiences. They can even know where you've been, where you're
going, what you've written in emails, what you've asked your voice assistants, what groups
you belong to, what stores you shop at, and more.

All of this data becomes fuel for artificially intelligent systems, which use this information to
make increasingly relevant and accurate predictions about everything from what product you
want to buy next to which ad campaign to run to which content topics to cover on your blog.
Fundamentally, AI-powered marketing tools are prediction machines. And their predictive
abilities can be used to give your social media marketing superpowers.
AI has gained a huge access from the organisations to properly tackle the situation and
market removing all the undesired content and methods. Which not only wastes time and
energy but also wastes the capital investment in not so udeful and non engaging
advertisement campaigns.

Organisations can use it to understand the trend and behaviour of the users and target them
accordingly in order to attain the best results possible. They can also seggregate different
consumers and let the organisation know what different segment people desire and what will
make them interested in the product or project of the company.

Analysing the basic querries and all the possible querries which could occur to a consumer
and thus creating chatbots can help consumers to get their querries clarified, hassle free

Approaches which can be adopted by omaxe to targe consumers.:

Content bucket- Omaxe should follow a content bucket which have a set of content and
the post on different social media are in a synced manner rather than having wavered pattern
on different social media creating no structure and aimless presence on social media. Like
posting a content on facebook should sync with posts which are posted on instagram or
twitter.

Meme promotion- instead of following a traditional approach to grab the attention of

consumers which nowdays is quiet uninteresting for the consumers and good meme content
could bring a memorable and long lasting affect on the consumers. Memes are gnerated on
the present trend going on or on a different idea which makes it funny for viewers. Creating a
content in context with the projects might be a better way to do things differently than the
competitors.

Funny character development- Creating a funny metaphor in form of a cartoon and

thus presenting him with funny movements and action in the posts can really attract the users
and thus can also make symbol for the company , for eg like amul has a girl as the symbol,
and zoozoo of vodafone. Creating a symbol makes the company stand out in the market and
is visible to all. And leaves a long lasting image making the character a brand of the
company.

Chatbots- Chatbots can be created in order to keep the interraction with consumers on a
regular basis and thus keeping a good chatbot can really improve the presence of company in
the eyes of the users. Since chatbits has been use before also but none have been able to serve
its purpose properly, and making it better can really help omaxe to stand out amd improve its
presence on socail media. Chat bots can also be used as a consultant for the users to give the
users better experience and help them in deciding which project suits their needs.

These chatbots can also be used in the projects on their physical visit to the sample flat or
office of omaxe thus making a connection between users online and offline both. Sample flats
can be showcased online and directed by the bot itself defining all the dimensions of the flat
just like a salesperson in person does for the clients, to get a better understanding of what
they will be going to have.

Visual videos- improvising the social media strategy will be helpful but keeping a touch of
traditional approach will keep the consumers attached to the project and purpose of the
company. Thus creating best visual videos can help the consumers get the better idea about
the project and when users are engaged to the page, it is a better chance to grab the eyes of
the user and so it becomes much more easier for conversion.

AI- Artificial intelligence should be used in order to get a proper understanding of the
behaviour and trend of consumers in the market thus generate content and target consumers
accordingly.

Blogging- Blogging can be used by providing content of things happeing around and relate
it in some way to omaxe which will keep people who prefer reading blogs engaged to the
page and thus presenting the technicalities of the project might help in making the user
understand how much integrated the company is in providing the true essence of security ,
belongingness, and good homely environment for the users.

Religious campaigns- Since India is a placeof different religions , thus marketing and
keeping a connection using religious approaches helps people to connect more with the page ,
and thus to some extent make it really helpful to convert users.
Festival campaigns- Indians celebrate a lot of festivals due to varied culture and religious
beliefs. Omaxe should keep attractive campaigns on such festivals and keeping a much more
creative approach can help omaxe keep people glued on their page all along.

Conclusion:

Omaxe should folllow a content which is more creative and engaging, it should also focus
on , making people aware of things happening around . It keeps the viewers engaged to the
page , some funny message and content should be introduced as well , as more the viewers
more would be the brand presence on social media.

Having, competition and some fun activities might also help viewers stick to the page,
because “all work and no play makes jack a dull boy” and so it makes the page a dull page if
it is filled with the projects only.

Keeping an Interraction with the viewers on social media, also increases the trust in the eyes
of users and thus increases brand image.
