Form of Business Organization

Our business is based on Partnership Firm, it is formed with two or more people that can run the
business with a view of profit. Each member of the group is known of as a partner in the business.

The booth KAMZ is being partnered by four people, Karl Hernandez, Abdurahman Sattari, Moammar
Sarip, and Zachery Erazo.

Liability of the Owner

All four owners will have 25% liability

 Abdurahman Sattari (25%)
 Moammar Sarip (25%)
 Zachery Erazo (25%)

Organizational Structure
Organizational Structure gives guidance to all representatives by building up formal revealing
connections that oversee the work process of the organization.

Nature of the Business Organization

The nature of business is an assembling type which is the culinary expert of the gathering will
create some item from some crude materials. The products of KAMZ are Sandwiches,
Hamburgers, Fries and etc…

Role of the Owner

Assumes a key job and isn't occupied with the everyday exercises of dealing with the
administration. Or maybe, they center on the comprehensive view. They characterize the vision
and guide. They have the information and position to settle on key choices and make the way of
political and budgetary hindrances.
