We are pleased to submit for your consideration our cost proposal for service.

GENERAL

We understand that you need a house plan for your 2-storey residential project located at
Imus, Cavite, hence, there is a need to generate Building plans signed and sealed for
Permitting as required by our Government Agency. As a partner in the industry, we are
offering our best proposal with the following specifics:

SCOPE OF WORK

We envision that the scope of work shall comprise the following:

1.0 Signing and Sealing of Blue prints for Building Permit, re: Civil/Structural Blue
prints including Perspective, Elevations and Floor plans; Electrical Blue prints;
and Plumbing Blue prints
2.0 Preparation of Structural Analysis
3.0 Signing and sealing of specifications and building permit application forms
4.0 Blue printing of all AutoCAD drawings (to be signed and sealed by engineers)
5.0 Preparation of Specification, Bill of Materials and Cost Estimates for building
permits purposes
6.0 Facilitation of Building permits
METHODOLOGY AND PROCEDURES

1.0 Structural Lay-out and Architectural Lay-out shall be the basis for preparation of
structural analysis
3.0 Final Printing of Drawings
4.0 Signing and Sealing of BLUE PRINTS
5.0 Submit BLUEPRINTS signed and sealed FOR BUILDING PERMIT

FEES

A. COMPLETION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT … P28, 500.00

B. FACILITATION OF BUILDING PERMIT……………………………… P17,000.00

TERMS OF PAYMENT
A. COMPLETION OF REQUIREMENT FOR BUILDING PERMIT

Upon Acceptance of Agreement, 25% P 7,125.00

After a week. 25% P 7,125.00
After two weeks, 50% P 14,250.00

B. FACILITATION OF BUILDING PERMIT

Complete Permit Requirements P 7,500.00
Transpo provisions, addl outside Metro Manila P 2,000.00
Payment of Government Fees P 5,500.00
Handover of Building Permits P 2,000.00

OUR BEST OFFER FOR THE COMPLETION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING

PERMIT AND FACILITATION OF BUILDING PERMIT IS (P45,500.00) FORTY FIVE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY.
