this is always reaction and counterreaction if there is tragic moments happening. people
dont know who are the one must carry the consequences...people dont know that it
happened already at their backyard...people already are victims of this corruption
everyday...whether you like it or not it is true everyday you are already a victim of
corruption and How Come..this are my own opinion

1. We used to have Jungle and Forest in Metro Manila given by our creator but this was
already denuded or cut for reforestration. -consequence expect flood for century to come.

2. other countries have already passed laws to eradicate gas fume to save out atmosphere
from becoming acidic - but until know no laws were being past compared to Holland ,
switzerland and Australia and Japan they are already practicing no fuel/fossils automobile
but solar and electric drive cars....the effect of this climate change and century cancerous
gene for our children generation

3.there is still pending laws specially the quiram laws in which a plain citizen can file
civil case freely on court regarding graft and corruption. I mdid that under the RA 3019 I
think and it was first supported by the ombudsman then finally they slow down the
process, in which they want to add other supporting documents , then to rephrase my
complain in which I almost spent 200thousand for copies and lawuyer copies then it wen
t only to garbage after three years ..and best solution -sacrificial lamb of only the
Provincial Admin Officer.

4. they dont know despite from the fumes of carbon dioxide from the air on the gases of
cars, buses and jeepney in MMLA they can survive being healthy -the answer is
no.......according to my research people who lives now in MMLA with lots of fumes of
carbon dioxride in the air and with lot of companies who also have pharmaceutical and
industrial put up on this area have a life span for Male -49 years old and female which is
higher 59 years old.....because there is no law banning those manufacturing,
pharmaceutical and industrial..this is already implemented in well industrialized
country ..they closed their companies in Tokyo, in England in the Main Cities were it
stood for century and transferred to richly populated city within Metro Manila Economic
Zone....the tactic keep silent about this cancerous gene because there is no laws being
passed...

5.how about the fire and collapsed buildings within MMLA...there were no tougher laws
to make crime most punishable in their extent - if fire marshal or building official did not
carry his duty is must not be administrative in nature it must be automatically a heinous
crime..the latest to the Mayor of tyuguegrao is just petty crime..6 months suspension
..imagine in Japan and Saudi Arabia one false move hang and electrecuted thats why
Inspecting a building is very noble task to the building officer and fire Marshall there.

6, how about the Loren Legarda Tree planting on streets and public places in MMLA...to
fight ozone destruction - its good but it is not fully implemented there are only 10 percent
and hoping in century it is 100 percent..here in USA they have put trees on every cities to
fight such ozone destruction to have trees on city proper.

7.here in USA if you cut a century old trees infront of your house it needed a clearance
by the city Government in the Philippine if you cut your own tree which is century
old..let it be let it..be que sera sera the futire is ozone to see....

8. how about nthe gangs rape and killings...show to the public..let it be hang as the old
cowboys here in Nevada and Arizona practiced in the past that all blood line of the
criminal were shocked until now they stop they activities..here in the 1880 to
1930..hanging rape and robbers on the street is common...until it was already being put
on the mind of every citizen it was a tragic experience and for century they stop it
because a modern solution is already invented...electric chair

9. how about the protection money of SSUPT Sergio Soriano to BFP central office
General Bandilla and DILG undersecretary Corpuz if proven guilty aside from the money
laundering and gas and supplies cutting of fire trucks..and command responsibility ,
abuse of apower and deriliction of duty cases on January 2007 until now - LET
TSUMNAMI AND FIRE ENGULF THEIR HOMES HAHAHHAHA.

10. how about other corrupt agencies such as ombudsman, sandiganbayan, fiscal and
judges and BIR, Dep Ed, DPWH and many other offices even to the DILG umbrella and
BFP and arm forces commiting such.....I think there are no tougher rules still passed I
think Quiram has the solution ....petition paper to submit daily names of pointed
corruptors on every like or commentt of Philippine citizen found to be genuine and valid
activities...so that it will be easily acted.See More
