(17CE00404 for 4 Credits) 1. Very Soon you are going to have Project Viva voce Exam 2. You have to extend / give an on online presentation (with PPT through WebEx or GotoWebinar or etc., from your place) for at least 30 minutes duration. The entire session will be recorded for JNTUA record and authentication. 3. External examiner from other university or other college will ask you, basic questions from your Project Report material and on your presentation aspects. (Evaluation marks for the same will be for 25) 4. External examiner reserves the right to reject your presentation and instruct you to reappear. So, just appearing for the viva-voce doesn’t ensure you to clear the viva-voce exam. 5. Your Project Report will be evaluated for 75 marks 6. Plagiarism Test may be conducted to clear the report for submission. So don’t venture into the process of submitting UNLAWFUL / illegal project report. 7. External examiner got the right to order for the resubmission of your Report with modifications. Hence, you should take extraordinary care to prepare your report. 8. Guidelines to prepare your PPT PPT Instructions: 5.1. Introduction of the topic: 1or 2 slides 5.2 . Industry profile: 1 slide 5.3. Company profile: 1 slide 5.4. Review of literature: 1 slide (2 or 3 reviews) 5.5. Theoretical background: 2 or 3 slides 5.6. Need, scope objectives, research methodology, limitations of the study: 5 slides 5.7. Data analysis and interpretation: 10 or 20 slides (if possible to set table, graph and interpretation in one page 20 slides or it is not possible 10 is enough) 5.8. Findings, suggestions and conclusions: 3 slides 9. Communicate with your guide through suitable media to finalize the Project Report (e Mail, Phone, WhatsApp, WebEx, Skype……) 10. Those who are without guide can send requisition letter to ce@crectirupati.com and also mallisuluru@gmail.com to allot a suitable guide or you can discuss with HoD 11. You can have/ get guidance from the faculty through Webex or GotoWebinar etc., 12. Contact your Guide immediately, to submit your Project report to Controller of Exams 13. You have to submit Company’s Certificate duly signed by the company guide without any further delay (to the e Mail ID we are going to provide very soon) 14. Your initial approval letter from the company on the Letter Head (Scanned copy) is mandatory. 15. Hard copies of the Project and Company’s certificate should be submitted to the institute soon after the Government / JNTU / UGC allow student’s movement in the campus.
