WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TICKET COST?

• Full access to all sessions, meals, and events.
• Note: Travel and Lodging are not included.

HOW WILL I PAY FOR THE EVENT?

• Payment can be made via credit card through the registration website: forward.rubrik.com.
• You also have the option to pay via invoice. The invoice will be sent in a separate email once you
complete your registration.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
• No refunds will be available for conference passes and they will be considered final sale.
• Hotel refunds will be available up to 14 days prior to the event.

IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION?

• The deadline to register is May 13th, 2020.
• Note: Tickets are subject to availability. Space is limited and the event may be sold out prior
to the registration deadline.

WHEN WILL THE AGENDA BE AVAILABLE?
• We plan to release the detailed agenda in early 2020.

CAN I CREATE CUSTOM AGENDAS?

• Yes, there will be multiple breakout tracks for you to choose from.
• A FORWARD Mobile App will be launched a few weeks in advance of the event.

WHO ARE THE SPEAKERS?

• You can see the current list of speakers at forward.rubrik.com, and we will be adding more as we finalize
our mainstage and breakout speakers.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE OF FORWARD?

• The age requirement for FORWARD is 18 years old at the time of the event.

CAN I BE DENIED REGISTRATION FOR ANY REASON?

• Rubrik reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at Rubrik’s sole discretion,
including (but not limited to) engaging in violent, illegal, threatening, or discriminatory conduct.

WILL I NEED A BADGE TO GET IN?

• You must be registered for the conference and badged in order to attend the event. Security on hand will
be checking for badges at all times in order to maintain a safe environment.
TRAVEL AND HOTEL INFORMATION
DO I NEED A VISA TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
• Some countries may require a visa for entry. We recommend checking in with your country's local
US consulate for requirements.

HOW DO I OBTAIN A VISA INVITATION LETTER?

• During the registration process, you can select if you need a visa invitation letter to attend. Once you complete
registration, a member of the FORWARD registration team will reach out to the email you provided to collect the
proper information in order to secure a visa invitation letter.
Please be prepared to give:

• Full Name • Company Name

• Date of Birth • Passport Number, date of issue, and date of expiration
• Gender • Are you a government official?
• Nationality • Intended Length of stay

WHAT SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS ARE ACCOMMODATED WITH THE

MEALS AT FORWARD?
• Please let us know your dietary requirements through registration and we will do our best to accommodate you.

HOW DO I BOOK A HOTEL ROOM AT THE MARRIOTT MARQUIS CHICAGO?

• We have secured a large block of rooms at the event venue at a very discounted rate. Please book your room
through the registration site. You will need to pay a one-night deposit during registration that is refundable up
until 14-days prior to the conference.

DO I NEED TO CONTACT THE HOTEL TO BOOK MY RESERVATION

• You can contact forward@rubrik.com for any hotel adjustments.

WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?

• Chicago Midway (MDW) is about a 20-minute drive to the Marriott Marquis.
• Chicago O’Hare (ORD) is about a 45-minute drive to the Marriott Marquis.
