Process costing is a term used in cost accounting to describe one method for
collecting and assigning manufacturing costs to the units produced.
Processing cost is used when nearly identical units are mass produced.
we examined the following questions regarding the costing system in the textile
sector:
(i) What is meant by cost model?
(ii) What is the significance of this model for the pharmaceutical sector? The
provision of feedback to the manager about the efficiency of the process.
Hatzis et al. (2011) is of the view that the other purpose of the cost model is
to provide useful information for decision making, after getting and
analysing of the data. The effectiveness of data is depending on the right
information for making the right decision. The main costing systems can be
categorized based on the product process and the production processes as
follows (Kaplan, 1984; Cooper and Kaplan, 1988). The costing methods
concerned with Full/absorption costing.

Recommendations for both companies

ganizations big or small profit or unprofitable have problems and there are always
chances of improvements. This is also the condition for Interloop and Klash textile.
As problems and difficulties have been identified, now here are some suggestions
that may help the organization to improve.
In processing department there is a need of skilled workers.
There are certain departments of processing in which employees have been
working since long but there efficiency is not improved and unsatisfactory results
come out sometimes.
The skilled labor will not only improve the efficiency but also will improve
effectiveness.
There should be chances given to skilled workers to enter the organization.
Interloop and Klash Textiles and other Textile industrialists believe that they have
been expected to compete in free global trade without any support which would be
impossible had the similar conditions prevailed in the regional competing countries
as well.
• Availability of Modern equipment
• Internal issues
• New investment
• Reduce clothing prices
• Increase promotional activities
