Broadening the impact of clinical pharmacy in Asia through

innovations and dynamic partnerships

The 11th Asian Conference on Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) – hosted by the

Philippine Pharmacists Association, Philippine Association of Colleges of
Pharmacy, Philippine Society of Hospital Pharmacists, and Young
Pharmacists Group-Philippines – is the venue where minds will meet in
2011 to discuss issues, best practices, and newly generated information
towards promoting and advancing the practice of clinical pharmacy in Asia
and beyond.

The 2011 ACCP Organizing Committee invites you to participate in this

important scientific gathering in Manila by submitting abstracts.
Submitted papers may be accepted for poster display or podium
presentation. Please read the following instructions carefully before
submission.

ABSTRACT FORMAT

A. Abstracts should be written in English and must be brief. The maximum

limit is at 350 words excluding the title. The title should not be more than
20 words.

B. All abstracts must be submitted to accp2011abstracts@gmail.com,

using the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM. Paper submissions, faxed or e-
mailed abstracts will not be accepted.

B. Abstracts should be divided into four sections: Background and

Objective; Methods; Results; and, Conclusion. Abstracts should report on
completed researches, not on ongoing investigations.

NOTE TO ALL PRESENTERS

A. Congress registration:

Abstracts will only be included in the final programme and in the Abstracts
CD if the presenting author has registered and paid via bank transfer on
or before 13 May 2011.
B. ACCP 2011 Scientific Committee reserves the right to make minor
corrections in the submitted abstracts.

C. By submitting an abstract to ACCP, the authors agree to allow

publication of submitted information at the ACCP website and in the
Abstracts CD. In the case of oral presenters, their individual permission to
allow ACCP to display their presentations for future distribution shall be
secured during the conference.
