ACTION PLAN
I. Vision
Ang SKEP ay isang samahan ng mga kabataang mag-aaral na may mithiing maging tulay at gabay ng mga kabataansa pagiging maka-Diyos, makatao, makabansa
at makakalikasan.

II. Mission
Bilang tulay, ang misyon ng SKEP ay pag-ibayuhin ang pakikipag-ugnayan ng mga kabataan sa Dakilang Lumikha, sa kapwa, sa pamayanan at sa kapaligiran.
Ang SKEP ay magsisilbing inspirasyon t huwaran mg mga kabataan upang maging karapat-dapat ang mga ito na anak ng Maylalang at ng kanyang pamayanan.
