The Brand Activation Specialist cooperates closely with Business Development and Management
in order to develop and implement a successful marketing strategy for BOARD MEETING’s
products. The Brand Activation Specialist knowledge on how to drive product adoption combined
with communication skills and analytical abilities contributes to shaping how new and existing
business grow. Using influencing and relationship-building skills, a Brand Activation Specialist
provides top-caliber client service, research and market analysis, anticipating how decisions are
made, persistently exploring and uncovering the business needs of BOARD MEETING's key clients
and understanding how our range of product offerings can grow their business. The Brand
Activation Specialist builds content (text, pictures, info graphics, videos) and engaging experiences
that will evangelize new and existing customers on BOARD MEETING’s product offerings and
brand.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary role of the Brand Activation Specialist is to assist the Business Development efforts by
planning marketing efforts and creating content and engaging materials and experiences that can
be used to generate interest from potential clients and help retain existing clients. The Brand
Activation Specialist also aids the Business Development efforts on developing a local and
international Partner ecosystem for BOARD MEETING’s product offerings. Additionally, the Brand
Activation Specialist works BOARD MEETING’s social networks presence and newsletters to
strengthen the brand and help the Business Development efforts to develop the pipeline of new
business coming in. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services
CAVEDIGITAL can provide, and of the company’s competitors. The main duties of the Brand
Activation Specialist can be summarized as follows:
Drive transformational brand solution sales through leveraging and developing relevant
content and competition.
Develop, leverage and deploy regional and local Brand solutions to upscale sales teams to
approach clients with multi-faceted media propositions.
Ensure competitive perspectives and differentiated value propositions generated through
market-relevant insights. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and
develop BOARD MEETING’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Run BOARD MEETING’s presence on social networks and manage BOARD MEETING’s
newsletters.
Attend, present on and man the booths on industry functions, such as association events
and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a
view to developing new content and marketing engagements.
Creativity and being passionate about branding with a particular interest in video.
Analytical acumen, team player, paired with agile mindset and can do attitude.
Has an open mindset towards, embraces and continuously initiates and implements change.
Ability to fluently speak, read and write Portuguese (Portugal) and English.
Primary Responsibilities
Present ideas and information on AB products to retailers and customers
Sell in promotions and activations at retail accounts
Execute evening and weekend promotions as necessary
Build rapport and interact with consumers. Present ideas and information on AB products to
retailers and customers.
Plan, coordinate and participate in promotional events tied to brand image.
Utilize sales tools (ABU Selling Skills, Idig, etc.) to identify sales opportunities at store level.
Communicate sales opportunities at store level.
Report market activities and trends on a weekly tracking form.
Deliver point of connection material and merchandise to designated on-premise accounts.
Leverage AB social media platforms to drive brand awareness in market

Develop and execute our yearly activation plan for new product launches and existing
product campaigns to ensure the readiness of marketing and sales materials throughout
the launch process
Develop and oversee the execution of the yearly media plans with media agency and
marketing coordinator
Plan, order and execute brand asset development (e.g. photos, catalogue and video) in
collaboration with marketing team and marketing director needed for brand activation
Develop yearly marketing plan and quarterly actions for the retail market according to
the budget
Plan and execute individual go-to-market product plans to secure optimal launch
implementation
Plan, develop and execute brand and tactical marketing campaigns and activities to
increase active leads for sales
Responsible for the media budget, brand asset development and activation budget
Desenvolver, alavancar e implantar soluções de marcas regionais e locais para equipes de vendas
de alto nível para abordar clientes com propostas de mídia multifacetadas.
Executar a presença do BOARD MEETING nas redes sociais e gerenciar os boletins do BOARD
MEETING.
