I strongly suggest every criminal who was convicted should be put on a rehabilitation
Island maybe it could take a minimum of 5 years...this will be an Island concentrated on
making that person change...aside from being a rehabilitation for... change it would be
also for income generating human refuge.

this refuge will have a farm for those people who are evicted in their community
..because I myself when everything went wrong to my life I find reguge m putting extra
time on vegetable fgardening and it works those tragic life I experience with the material
world is succumbet to remember.

then those who have talents on typing and making stories and novels put them in the are
were this talents are specialized. and for carpentry and enginneering and other field in
medical and nursing they would put this on an area that is concentrated also opjn this
field and Isalnd whishc have a Hospital, and also a Restaruatn and other facilities which
is also designed for rehab ilitation and off course things here in the Island should be
controolled there are also police force guarding those convicted to minimize fight and
wars betweeen gangs...

the best thing could be put also here is the spiritual healing facility. so that their minds
and souls and hearts will be put to refresh...refresh that they know their purpose and goal
why they are here on earth and to introduce the word of God.

As this will be accompl;ished I hope those charitable projects of Bill Gates and the rest of
billiopnaires ranging from 100 here in Los Angeles that they deposited for this welfare
and charitable projects would here this suggestion on mind...even the Prince of Dhubai
and the King of Sauidi Arabia contribute to this charitable and welfare projects and
hoping my suggstion will be heard despite the charitable fund of tese 100 billionartes
who shared their money is already 400 billiopn. I salute Bill Gates for his recent projects
in Bangladesh..Imagine he bought an Island there worth 300 million dollars then put up
Infrustreucture houses amounting to half a million just to help those street gangs and
squatters on the city of Burma who is suffering from various kinds of diseases becauase
of the polution and water they drink each day..they drink their own uirine and smell their
own feces because they leave in the city proper on river houses with no toilet and house..I
brought this issie to Bill Gates in my Masteral Thesis in Saint Paul University in 1998 to
fullfill my diploma and I was awarded with my conscience that Bill Gates was able to act
swiftly and immeiately on my theasis defense for my Masters Degree in Medical And
Surgical Nursing. I hope in my doctorate dissertation on Medical And Surgical Nursing I
could contribute well on suggesting a solution for the criminal who are facing death
pemnalty here in USA.. I hope my friends in Humanitariona and charitable activities
