Please change Message Output type using TCODE: ME22n.

2. Using Tcode: ME28 to cancel the release.

              
Click on PO number and Cancel release. Then Save.
         

3. Use Tcode: ME28 to unrelease the PO.

PO Unreleased:

4. Change the Purchase Group:

Use Tcode: ME22n and change the purchase group. For example EE4 and save.
Revert to required purchase group (EE5) and save. Release Strategy will be assigned.

Note: PO number used in SOP is just for reference.
