Introduction
The Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) application is a tool used for identifying and ordering spare parts.
As in the most recent versions of the Images CD-ROMs, EPC is made up of two main modules, the
selection interface and the parts catalog
Before use it is necessary to install the SVG viewer by clicking on this link: SVG Viewer
-The selection interface enables the searched product to be precisely identified and gives direct access to
the spare parts catalog.

The spare parts catalog
The interactive catalog allows you to identify spare parts, search through reference numbers, access
associated documentation and place orders.

Using the selection interface
- the catalog for an individual genset identified by its serial no. or by its model,
- a quick parts search,
- the catalog at any level of the file structure.
Note: Refer to the manufacturer plate to find out the genset serial no. and model:
A- Manufacturer plate and serial no. of the Power Product and RENTAL range
B- Manufacturer plate and identification no. of the Portable Power and RENTAL range

Starting the application
Access to the Epc site with to Username and password provided by SDMO

Search by serial no.
To display the catalog of a particular genset, select the serial number tab and then enter the serial no. into the Value
field.
It is possible to enter an incomplete serial no. by replacing the unknown parts with *),
in this event, all the serial numbers corresponding to the research criteria are displayed in the window.

Search by Model
If you do not know the genset serial no. (or it is not present in the numbers list detailed in the serial tab), select the
Model tab,
choose your model from the list and then select the closest serial no.

Note: Choosing a genset via the Serial no. or Model tab will automatically activate the serial no. filter of the catalog
application.

Components search
Select the Search tab to search for a part or parts group by reference no. or by name.
You may use "Jokers" in the search criteria (by replacing a character with ? and a chain of characters with *).

Quick search module
The quick search module enables you to make quick searches in the current catalog without having to go
through the main search module.
It can also be used in conjunction with the main search module to check search results more quickly.

Order button
The order button allows you to add parts to the current order and is only visible for product numbers

Associated documentation
Associated documentation enables you to consult documents (instructions, diagrams, photos, etc.) sorted
by type. Some documents are also directly accessible via the spare parts catalog.

Order module
The order module in its basic version is not connected to the ERP system and quotation requests are
therefore sent by e-mail to be checked against items in stock, prices displayed are list prices before
discount.

Search module
The search module allows you to search for components in the selected catalog, jokers may be used (? For
1 character, * for a series of characters). It is also possible to repeat search criteria for several fields.
Search result
Note 1: The quick search module uses the same criteria as the main research module. It is therefore
necessary to clear the fields after a multi-criteria search in the main search module. It is possible to use
the quick search module to view the search result in the catalog module.
Note 2: The parts list catalog search module carries out the search in the current catalog only. For a
general search, use component search in the selection interface.
