Maintenance Procedure

 Machine Name:
Cooling Tunnel
 Purpose:
Set of organized operations that need to be carried out on parts and
machines periodically and systematically.
 Procedure:
o Lubrication:
- Grease in the greasing points provided, placed at the sides of
the tunnel next to the shafts supports and in any other point
equipped with ball greaser every 3000 working hours.

 General checking of maintenance:

- checking the state of operation of the various parts.


- eliminating or correcting problems, also those that while not
being an immediate source of danger or bad service may lead to
trouble if they continue.

o In this table will explain the frequency calculated in hours of


operation, which is merely an indication to enable programming
maintenance.
