3.0 PROJECT BUDGETING

3.1 Project Cost Baseline

3.1.2 S-Curve Project Cost Baseline
3.2 Capital Cost Expenditure & Operation Cost

3.2.1 Capital Cost Expenditure

a) Development Cost
b) Building Construction Cost
c) Wall Climbing Construction Cost

d) Installment and Start-Up Cost

e) Post Practical Completion Cost

f) Wall Climbing Equipment Cost

g) Total Capital Cost Expenditure

ii) Operation Cost

a) Salary for a month

b) Utilities for a month

c) Other expenses for a month

d) Total operation Cost for month

3.3 Return of investment and payment Period

A) Income

i) The entrance fee rate

ii) Equipment rental price

1) Estimate income fund

- The ticket price are various according to ages and it is not including the
equipment.
- The equipment can be renal for those did not own it.
- The rental hour is unlimited.
- Assume that all customer come to ICC without their own equipment.

2) Estimate income per month

3) Estimate income per year

RM 178,300 x 12months
= RM 2,139,600.00
B) OPERATION COST FOR A YEAR
RM 90,000 X 12 months
= RM 1,080,000.00
C) TOTAL CAPITAL INVESTMENT

= RM 2,358,990.00

Therefore,
ROI = C / (A-B)
= RM 2,360,190 / (RM 2,139,600 – RM 1,080,000)
= 2.23 years
= 2 years
So, the debt can be cleared within 2 years
