Important Guidelines for securing admission:

1. This scholarship opportunity is valid till 30th Oct 2020, however, on special grounds and if approved, HEC may defer this maximum by March-2021.
2. Candidates will ONLY have to secure admission in the HEC partner Universities given below.
3. Candidates are required to secure admission in Direct PhD Program. Try to get admission offer/acceptance letter from more than 1 university along
with (Tuition Fee Scholarship (TFS) where ever applicable)
4. The University must be in top 500 as per QS/Times (2019 and/or 2020 ranking)
OR
Should a credible Department/Subject ranking exist, the chosen department must be ranked among top-100 in the world as per QS/Times (2019
5. Candidates on merit are required to make sure whether their field of subject/ degree program is being offered in their choice of country/university,
otherwise candidate will not be considered for further selection process.
