WHAT HAVE I LEARNED IN STATISTICS

At first Statistics and Probability is worrying me because I thought it was really hard. So, I
consider this subject as a challenge and to the fact that I’m not good in numbers. Also I don’t
have any idea what is statistics and probability but when Sir Agaloos starting to teach us, I can
say that it’s not that hard even though sometimes you will have difficulty but you must
understand it by your own for you to follow to what he was teaching. This subject taught me to
work by my own and study hard so that I cannot be left behind. I have many experiences in this
subject, I can say that I’ve learned a lot. If there’s something I can’t forget in this class when he
lecture the normal curve because for us that’s the easiest lecture he taught to us. and also
hypothesis the last lecture he discussed. and also I can’t forget to the days when he was always
making a joke for us not to be bored to his subject. His smile and laughter comforted us for not
being afraid to his subject.

I think, I can use my knowledge to the topic that were discussed in real life is being practical
because you need to find a easiest way to solve the problem and I’ll apply the techniques I’ve
gathered in the topics to the challenges that are difficult but it can overcome easily. Also don’t
give up easily and you shouldn’t miss the challenge of life like this subject you need to work
hard so that you can get the grades what you want. And learn to associate with other people
because you’re not always at the top you will need their help too. It is like studying when you
don’t have the answer you will need your seat mates for you to have an answer.

The differences between the statistics and the other branch of mathematics is statistics is the
study of the collection, organization, analysis, and interpretation of data. It deals with all aspects
of this, including the planning of data collection in terms of the design of surveys and
experiments however the mathematical is scientific statistics is the study of statistics from a
scientific point of view, using probability theory and other mathematical branches such as linear
algebra and analysis.
