Hot-Rolled Steel Sheets and Coils

Nippon Steel Corporation manufactures various hot-rolled steel


sheets and coils in accordance with Japanese Industrial Stan-
dards (JIS), the standards of our countries and Nippon Steel’s
own standards. These products are produced on some of the
world’s most advanced mills, with the production techniques
employed having been developed by Nippon Steel during the com-
pany’s many years of experience in sheet and coil production.
Nippon Steel’s hot-rolled steel sheets and coils are used for a
wide variety of applications, ranging from automobiles and electri-
cal appliances to construction materials, containers and steel pipes.
In support of its sheet and coil products, Nippon Steel also
offers a comprehensive range of technical services. For more

Hot-rolled steel sheets and coils in various standards, from mild
steel to high-tensile strength steel, can be manufactured. Sheets are
available in a wide range of sizes; coils are also available. Various
surface finishes such as black finish, pickled finish, and shot-blasted
finish can be selected in accordance with your needs.

Stable Quality
Products of stable quality are manufactured under strict quality
control, utilizing excellent equipment and techniques, and drawing
on Nippon Steel’s wealth of experience.
