ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to acknowledge receipt of the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS

(₱200,000.00), Philippine Currency, from the VENDEES Spouses CHARYL B. LAURIO & GRACE A.
LAURIO, of San Pablo, Mandaon, Masbate as partial payment for a certain portion of
Residential Lot with improvements thereon located at San Pablo, Mandaon, Masbate,
containing an area of TWELVE BY FIFTEEN (12X15) TOTAL OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180)
SQUARE METERS, more or less, and still in the name of the late CANUTA RUADO DEMETILLO.

That upon full payment of the same the undersigned heirs or Vendor JANET A.
DEMETILLO, the absolute heir of the late CANUTA RUADO DEMETILLO shall deliver a good and
sufficient deed of conveyance in favor of the above-named VENDEES Spouses CHARYL B.
LAURIO & GRACE A. LAURIO.

That the said property possessed by the VENDEES will be free and exempted from any
dispute or intrusion made by unfavorable circumstances such as demolition or forcibly act of
other concerned heirs. The remaining amount or balance which is ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (₱ 100,000.00) Philippine Currency will be paid indefinitely. Likewise, the VENDOR will
defend the said property if there is untoward challenge against the VENDEES Spouses CHARYL
B. LAURIO & GRACE A. LAURIO.

(₱150,000.00), Philippine Currency, from the VENDEES Spouses DEONITO R. REAL JR. & RIZA A.
REAL, of San Pablo, Mandaon, Masbate as partial payment for a certain portion of Residential
Lot with improvements thereon located at San Pablo, Mandaon, Masbate, containing an area of
TWELVE BY FIFTEEN (12X15) TOTAL OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) SQUARE METERS, more
or less, and still in the name of the late CANUTA RUADO DEMETILLO.
