Allow me to thank those people who have been part of my journey as student in
my OJT duty days.

First of all I want to thank God, for his never ending guidance on me and for
giving us good health all throughout of my OJT assignments.

To my family, my deepest appreciation for being with me although the way from
beginning and for showing their unconditional love and unending support financially,
emotionally, spiritually.

To the Marketing and I.T teacher, sir Vincent Demetillo, sir Winifredo Balsalubre
(Sir White) and all admins and staffs. Thank you for all of your warm welcome and for
giving me this opportunity and experience in having my OJT in your company. For the
chance that you have given on me with your team and for giving me more knowledge
and skills in this fast and furious world of Information Technology and most especially
for helping me to hone my knowledge as I continue to focus in my ambitions in life.
 INTRODUCTION
This narrative report contains my experiences, learning’s, insight gained and
some supporting documents required for the internship program of Eastwoods
Professional College of Science and Technology.

On the Job Training are part of a college curriculum that aims to train and orient
students about the work and their future career. OJT is very important not only to teach
students their chosen career but to show students the reality about working. OJT will be
your training ground, if you still have no idea on what is meant to be a worker, OJT will
give you at least 10% of career realities. Your background OJT is very important when
applying a job. Employees often asked about the OJT experience and how it is related
on the job that you are applying for.

Most students have taken their OJT for granted; not realizing the importance of it
can bring on their future career. Having a good performance during OJT is very
important especially now that there’s a tight competition towards job seekers and the
high qualification of companies.
 SUMMARY OF DUTY
Week 1-3 On my first day a lot of things happen and
at first i clean all the computer desk at
tech room and next im formatting all of the
computer for preparing for twsp students
to use them and then sir white told that I
was the one who teach and handle twsp
students.
Week 4-6 On this week I perform a lot of task I guide
and teach twsp students and discuss
them our lesson and after that I submit all
the papers on the admin and fix some lan
cables and install and repair some
computer here.
Week 7-10 On this week there is audit and all of us
preparing for that and all of things will be
prepared before the audit and all of us
after of audit is breathe freely because we
passed the audit and all is going back
normal. Then also this I fix some patch
panel because some of them is failing.
Week 10-12 On this week same day same routine I
teach some twsp students and also I
watch the ict 12 because this week is
they’re final examination and I ask them if
they’re sure to their course “IT” hahaha
because I said to them if their sure then
go for it if they’re not they should shift
already before its too late haha but im just
kidding while talking to them, its happy
that most of them is sure to their course
pick.
Week 12-15 On this week maybe also this is the last
week of my OJT here in Softnet and soon
im going back in eastwoods to continue
study and to fulfil my dreams thanks to
softnet. This week we install some fire
alarm system around softnet because this
week is the inspection of AFAB BFP.
OJT ON SITE DUTY
