31 Reality is that the “anti-vaccine lobby” is not the problem rather the fact that pharmaceutical
32 companied aided and abetted by politicians and health professionals because of the funding to
33 most if not all to them they are as charlatans peddling vaccinations regardless of the harm
34 inflicted to the victims.

36 We have a considerable problems as to the honesty of politicians, scientist, doctors and even the
37 OPCW. It is important to understand this as otherwise any inquiry that relies upon politicians,
38 doctors, scientist, etc to be honest will fail from onset. Obviously mere claims they are not
39 honest cannot be accepted as so to say hard evidence is required. Hence I will below to a minor
40 extend refer to the Skripal case, even so very briefly.
41 Yulia and her father Sergei Skripal allegedly, so the story was claimed by the British
42 government, had been poisoned by touching the door handle of Sergei’s residence. Despite for
43 hours spending time wherever, even CCTV footage they gave bread to a young boy to feed
44 ducks just before they collapsed allegedly from the poison of the doorhandle, no harm seemed to
45 eventuate to the boy or even in any places they had visited, even not where they had a meal.
46 I understand that later the British government had the roof of the house replaced. This indicated
47 to me that Sergei may have been using his attack for chemical laboratory purposes. I understand

1 that the OPCW we never provided with the blood samples taken at the hospital from Sergei and
2 Yulia which the hospital had established contained no poison, but provided with blood samples
3 that the hospital had provided to Porton Down. And hours before Porton Down received the
4 blood samples I understand the British Government already claimed that Porton Down had
5 established that the blood samples proved that it was Russian made poison.

42 Government through the Secretary of State for the Home Department; they were acting in concert. The

27 The British had claimed that an OPCW report was a fabrication of the Russian government that
28 the OPCW report was not at all concluding that the poison was Russian made, etc. however, a
29 whistle-blower exposed that actually the report was an original OPCW report and the one that
30 had previously been used was the British fake OPCW report.
31 Despite this, the OPCW remained silent and didn’t denounce the British fake OPCW report at
32 all. And this is critical as in the end the OPCW rather went along with the lies and
33 deception then to stand up for its integrity. Moreover, the Australian Government jumped on
34 board with the British to expel Russian diplomats because of the alleged Skripal poisoning this
35 even so it is clear that if one explore everything about it the Skripal’s were followed by the
36 British intelligent agencies before allegedly poisoned and hence the CCTV recordings, etc. It is
37 not to say that Sergei and his daughter Yulia were not poisoned, but that they may have
38 accidentally inflicted this upon themselves when at the lake (after giving the boy the bread) but
39 this poison was not one to do with any so called Russian “Novichok”. As such we cannot trust
40 our politicians to be honest about matters as the Federal government ought to have been aware
41 from the official OPCW report that the British government were using a fake OPCW report to
42 make its claim against the Russians. The fact that nevertheless the Federal government went
43 along with the scam may underline that yet again our own Intelligence Services miserably failed
44 as they did with the alleged WMD (Weapons of mass Destruction), and the alleged Syrian
45 government to use poison against its own people.

The purpose of this letter is to make you aware that not

22 I understand that the CDC (USA) has without too much fanfare apparently reduced the death rate
23 regarding covid-19 by about 94%.
24 Having someone dying in a motor car accident and later art the morgue it was “assumed” the
25 person had COVID-19 (or just the “common cold”) then his death certificate showed he died

8 because of the high-profile nature of the people and organisations involved.
9 The United Nations has been forced to admit that a major international vaccine initiative is actually causing
10 the outbreak of the very disease it was supposed to wipe-out.
11 While international organisations like the World Health Organization (WHO) will regular boast about
12 supposedly ‘eradicating polio’ with vaccines, the opposite seems to be the case. Their decades-long campaign
13 to eradicate polio is now killing scores of innocent young people living in poor countries.

14 Now it seems that health officials are beginning to admit that their plan to stop ‘wild’ polio is
15 backfiring, as scores children are being paralyzed a deadly strain of the pathogen derived from a live vaccine
16 – causing a virulent of polio to spread.

20 This latest pharma-induced pandemic has broken out in the African countries of Chad and Sudan, and the
21 culprit has been identified: a vaccine-derived polio virus type 2. Officials now fear this new dangerous strain
22 could soon ‘jump continents,’ causing further deadly outbreaks around the world.
23 Shocking as it sounds, this Big Pharma debacle is not new. After spending some $16 billion over 30 years
24 to eradicate polio, international health bodies have ‘accidentally’ reintroduced the disease to in Pakistan,
25 Afghanistan, and also Iran, as the central Asia region was hit by a virulent strain of polio spawned by the
26 corporate pharmaceutical vaccine distributed there. Also, in 2019, the government of Ethiopia ordered the
27 destruction of 57,000 vials of type 2 oral polio vaccine (mOPV2) following a similar outbreak of vaccine-
28 induced polio.
29 It’s important to note that the oral polio vaccine being pushed on to the African population by the Global
30 Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI), a consortium which is supported and funded by the Bill & Melinda
31 Gates Foundation.
32 All of this should be a cause for concern, especially with western governments and transnational
33 pharmaceutical giant all rushing to roll-out their new Gates-funded experimental coronavirus vaccine for the
34 global population.

35 Currently, the first experimental COVID-19 vaccine is being tested on the African population through GAVI
36 Vaccine Alliance, another organization funded by the Gates Foundation. A large round of human trials will
37 take place in South Africa, locally managed by the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg—yet
38 another Gates-funded institution.
39 This latest revelation from Africa should prompt media and health advocates to ask hard
40 questions about the efficacy and safety of the much-hyped COVID ‘miracle’ vaccine.

42 The World Health Organization says a new polio outbreak in Sudan is linked to an ongoing vaccine-
43 sparked epidemic in Chad - a week after the U.N. health agency declared the African continent free of the
44 wild polio virus.
45 In a statement this week, WHO said two children in Sudan — one from South Darfur state and the other from
46 Gedarif state, close to the border with Ethiopia and Eritrea — were paralyzed in March and April. Both had
47 been recently vaccinated against polio. WHO said initial outbreak investigations show the cases are linked
48 to an ongoing vaccine-derived outbreak in Chad that was first detected last year and is now spreading in
49 Chad and Cameroon.

1 “There is local circulation in Sudan and continued sharing of transmission with Chad,” the U.N. agency
2 said, adding that genetic sequencing confirmed numerous introductions of the virus into Sudan from Chad.
3 WHO said it had found 11 additional vaccine-derived polio cases in Sudan and that the virus had also
4 been identified in environmental samples. There are typically many more unreported cases for every
5 confirmed polio patient. The highly infectious disease can spread quickly in contaminated wat er and most
6 often strikes children under 5.
7 In rare instances, the live polio virus in the oral vaccine can mutate into a form capable of sparking new

39 My first issue would be would a Court of law consider the fact that Zoe-Lee Buhler was pregnant
40 as to somehow avoiding her to be arrested. I do not view the Court would regard a woman being
41 pregnant to prevent an arrest, provided the conduct of the police officers involve was appropriate

1 It is therefore not some conspiracy theory that the police are siding with what I consider to be
2 “serious criminal activities but that kneeling for them means they are showing submission to the
3 BLM.

5 And in Melbourne when the BLM and subsequently the Builders Federation were holding their
6 protest then I understood Premier Daniel Andrews instructed the Victorian Police not to
7 intervene.

9 The fact that more than an estimated 10,000 persons were marching in the BLM protest was not
10 an issue when it came to COVID-19 as after all they were exercising their “CONSTITUTION
11 RIGHTS”. Neither appeared there to be any real consequences when it comes to COVID-19.

13 Is this then to mean that COVID-19 is a disease that is political bias and will only attack those
14 who do not align with the political views of the premier?

16 Regardless what COVID-19 may or may not be about, where the Premier himself indicated that
17 protesters regarding BLM and Construction workers were exercising their rights to protest then
18 the Victorian Police was bound to accept the same standards to other protesters, regardless they
19 may have a protest against the conduct of the Premier.

21 A WARRANT ISSUE:
22 In 1986 on of my daughters was by the children court placed in care of the Department of Human Services,
23 with her other half siblings, due to sexual abuse. When I found out I representing myself attended to the court
24 and gained interim custody of my daughter and 2 of her half sibling. However 6 weeks later all 5 children
25 were ordered into the care of the Department of Human Services. I challenged this in the Supreme Cour of
26 Victoria (citing that the Victorian Ombudsman had upheld my complaint that the Department of Human
27 Services was neglecting my 2 year old daughter) and was granted interim custody with specific orders the
28 mother was not to have any of her boyfriends near my daughter. However, subsequently when I presented my
29 daughter I noticed she had a boyfriend there and so refused any access. DHS then had a warrant issued for the
30 arrest of my 2 year old daughter. Yet for a 2 year old child. The Minister then announced on television he
31 would have tracker dogs searching for me and my daughter. I attended to Nunawading police station having
32 my daughter on my arm and the police formally executed the warrant and took my daughter from me. DHS
33 made known I would never again see my daughter. I engaged lawyers and 5 days later I was in the Supreme
34 Court of Victoria and my barrister made clear I should apologise because I was legally wrong. I refused. The
35 trial judge asked me, while in the witness box, if I acknowledge to be in the wrong and I made clear that my
36 position was that DHS has no legal powers to override any Supreme Court of Victoria orders and as such I
37 would never subject myself to their unlawful demands. The judge asked me if that was my final position and I
38 confirmed this. MThe matter was temporary adjourned. My barrister made clear I had burned my case and
39 there was nothing he could do to save my neck. The Court reconvened and the trial judge made known that I
40 had clearly indicated I would not comply with the demands of DHS and I would not change in that position
41 ….and neither should he as I was right that DHS couldn't override Supreme Court of Victoria orders and the
42 warrant was unlawful and the child was to be returned to me. My daughter was returned to me.

43 But now come another part:

44 I was later able to contact the son of the alleged JP who had signed the warrant. He gave me the
45 understanding that he about 10 years earlier had requested the Department of Justice because of his mother
46 suffering dementia and that to his understanding she no longer was a Justice of the peace. However the Police
47 nevertheless continued to visit her at the nursing home to sign warrants even so she didn't understand nor
48 comprehend what it was about.

49 Now consider how many warrants in such a manner may have been signed by her or any other person no
50 longer being a JOP but the police nevertheless get them to sign warrants they have no clue about what it
51 stands for. Yet, this has never been investigated and likely could still be done by the police to go to nursing
52 homes to get warrants signed, albeit without legal validity.

53 Many conviction resulting form such warrant issued may therefore be without legal justification.

2 What therefore has to be considered is if any warrant that was obtained by the Victorian Police
3 against so called organisers were obtain appropriately. This means did the Victoria Police in
4 regard of each warrant application inform the relevant Magistrate/JP that the constitution
5 provides for “political liberty” and that any person deemed to be an organiser had indicated not
6 to use violence?

8 How on earth can there be a “serious criminal conduct” or something to this notion when all
9 people were doing what the police allowed by others such as BLM and the construction workers
10 to do? As a matter of fact the Victorian Police even joined in with the BLM! Never mind the
11 killing of even a 1 year old child and unborn child in the USA during such riots. While in my
12 view the Victorian Police should be “IMPARTIAL” as to what any demonstration is about it is
13 clear that the Victorian Police on their knees for BLM have shown to be political bias and not
14 concerned to be and be seen impartial.
15 Yet, nothing was done in regard of those Victorian Police officers who failed to enforce the

22 on the neck of George Floyd in the circumstances prevailing. Reality is that as I have read the
23 police instructions, he acted within the described method to subdue a person under arrest. I am
24 not aware that a coloured skin police officer causing previously the death of a white skinned
25 citizen, and even was laughing about this person had died, was charged with murder. As such it
26 was in my view blown out as some racial issue which appears never was.
27 Yet BLM took over the streets with Antifa and recently openly killed a man for no more but to
28 show support for President Donald Trump, by a person who was both with BLM and Antifa.

5 Despite having commenced my objections since 8 April 2020 I found no real action whatsoever,
6 this even so it has escalated that even people are dying. Yet, the real issue what causes COVID-
7 19 to be so extensive in nursing homes seems to be ignored. Neither the scam by Premier Daniel
8 Andrews to use the death of those in nursing homes to somehow seek to justify
9 lockdowns/curfew, social distancing, compulsory mask wearing, which none are in any way
10 reducing the alleged death rates in nursing homes.
11 I for one am well aware that a ROYAL COMMISSION cannot dictate to any Government
12 what it should or shouldn’t do, however, I view that it can provide an interim report to
13 express its concern as to issues of concern. This so that perhaps we might get politicians to
14 take notice.
15 Having seen many images involving the Victorian Police, I view that they should have at the
16 very least their police number shown on the sides, such as on the arm, so that anyone making an
17 image of an incident then can see who the police officer is, as with their mask they now hiding
18 their identity and it is very difficult for a person to in the midst of it all to take down a police
19 officers name. As such, the mask are for the police to also hide their identity.
20 I am pursuing criminal charges against the man who physically attacked me, even so I wrote to
21 the Victorian Police that I have a “medical condition” and for this a “medical exemption
22 certificate” nevertheless the police require me to wear a mask they will provide to attend to the
23 police station to make a statement. I refuse this. I have now emailed them a statement instead,
24 however to sign a statement witnessed by a police officer the problem will be that I refuse to be
25 compelled to wear a mask. Anyone who read the Department of health website ought to be
26 concerned that if some person were to be traumatised by wearing a mask then the Victorian
27 Police will nevertheless demand the person to wear a mask or refuse police to provide assistance.
28 When the Victorian Police are acting, as they claim, on instructions of the Victorian Chief
29 Medical Officer, then I view they cannot invoke ordinary police powers. In my view they are
30 employed by a corporation registered as the Victorian Police and are deemed to act as private
31 citizens. The fact that they are contracted to act for the State of Victoria ought to make no
32 difference. In my view where the police acts in a way such as to interfere with the woman
33 exercising her constitutional rights to hold up signs of a political protest then those police
34 officers could be subjected to “CITIZEN ARREST” for serious criminal offences to deny a
35 person his/her constitutional rights to protest. I also question the police to use any weapons, like
36 batons, capsicum spray, and even police horses, as it clouds their position if they are acting as
37 police officers within the confines of being contracted by the Victorian Government as police
38 officers, or are acting on behalf (as they claim) to enforce the Victorian Chief Health Officer
39 directions. There is in my view a clear separation of status that must not be confused. In
40 particular as the Victorian Chief Health Officer has absolutely no has no legal powers to
41 enforce any directions himself or by those acting on his/her behalf.
42 I suspect that soon or later there might be a “civil war” if nothing is done to prevent this
43 escalation of violence by the police against peaceful protester’s, as citizens simply will lose all
44 and any respect for a police force who cannot care less about citizens “constitutional” rights.
