1. A meeting with cvoncerned GFPS members shall be held from 9AM to 4PM on
/august 26, 2020 at the GAD Center Conference Hall to tackle the following agenda:
1.1 Mechanics and program for the Writeshop;
1.2 Target dates and promotion;
1.3 Prescribed format for the modules
1.4 Standardized content of the module;
1.5 Suggested activities and evaluation strategies and tools;
1.6 Plans for monitoring.
1.7 Training kit, documentation
1.8 Other Matters

2. For issues and concerns about the meeting, please coordinate with Ms. Maria Theresa
Cena and Ms. Julie Ann Idos through FB Messanger.

4. A meeting with GAD Coordinators on July 17, 2020. 1:00PM and with Extension
Services Coordinators on July 20, 2020 , same time, to tackle the following:
1.1.update on our Mid-Year AR posted on the CHED –DBM portal and its
implication on the recalibration of GAD and Extension Programs, projects, and
activities;
1.2 Capacity-Development on the Utilization of Google Forms Application in the
Conduct of Trainings . .

5. Everyone is welcome to preregister and attend the online meeting and capacity
development. The Zoom ID and password will be sent to those who will accomplish
the preregistration link which will be posted on the GC og the BIGFAITH Project and
PRMSU GAD Chamions.

1.1.Biennial meeting on the Philippines Against Child Trafficking- Zambales;
1.2. Orientation on the Framework for recalibrating GAD and Extension Programs to
address pandemic issues;
1.3. Targets for July-August 2020.
