DEDICATION

This book is dedicated first, to God Almighty, whose Word

we Declare, Decree, Confess and Proclaim with Authority to
cause things to align according to what He purposed and
ordained to be in the lives of His children. Without His Word,
there will be nothing to declare, decree, confess and proclaim
to change things.

I also dedicate this book to all ECDOC (Eden China

Devotion Online Church) Member. Without you, I will have
no audience to minister to. God brought you in my life to
refine what He put in me. Every word from God given to me
is first preached, proclaimed and taught to you. Use this
book as a daily manual and as you do, may the Word of God
manifest in your lives.

iv
PREFACE

P
rophetic declaration is a statement that is widely used
in the Christian arena nowadays and I believe it
should be. Why? This is because only the genuine
prophetic declaration of the Word of God will dispel all the
darkness that is gradually snuffing out light in this world;
reorder the disorderliness that is seen everywhere and fill in
the void that is found everywhere. I boldly make this
assertion because it is very scriptural.

When God created the heavens and the earth, the Bible says:

1 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the

earth. 2 (The earth was undeveloped and empty.
Darkness covered the surface of the deep, and the
Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the
waters. 3 God said, “Let there be light,” and there
was light. 4 God saw that the light was good. He
separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called
the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.”
There was evening and there was morning—the first
day.
Genesis 1:1-3 (EHV)

Notice what God did when He discovered that what He

created was not what He saw. He SPOKE. When God speaks,
that is His Word and His Word is the authority that must be
obeyed. God said: LET THERE BE LIGHT. Darkness heard
the voice of God and fled. The undeveloped and empty earth
heard the voice of God and rearranged itself. The Word of
God brought good changes. In other words, the light that

v
God commanded was so powerful that is transformed what
God did not want to see into what God wanted to see.

Every true child of God has the same capacity and authority
to speak like God. As a child of God, you are created in the
image and the likeness of God:

God said, “Let us make man in our image, according

to our likeness, and let them have dominion over the
fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over
the livestock, and over all the earth, and over every
creeping thing that crawls on the earth.” God created
the man in his own image. In the image of God, he
created him. Male and female he created them. God
blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply,
fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the
fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every
living thing that moves on the earth.”
Genesis 1:26-28 (EHV)

Because the child of God is created according to the likeness

of God, the child of God should do things like God. In other
words, you should be a speaking spirit because the Spirit of
faith, which is the Spirit of God is ‘a speaking’ Spirit. That is
what the Apostle Paul meant when he said:

13 Since we have that same spirit of faith, which

corresponds to what is written: “I believed;
therefore, I have spoken,”we also believe, and
therefore we speak.”
2 Corinthians 4:13 (EHV)

You have the Spirit of faith, you should be speaking like

God. How? You must begin to call those things which are

vi
not to come into existence by prophetically proclaiming the
word of God and change things into what you want to see.
There is power in the SPOKEN Word. Scripture clearly
teaches that for you to receive salvation in any area of life
does not only need belief but belief and confession:

8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in

your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the word of
faith that we are proclaiming. 9 Certainly, if you
confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and
believe in your heart that God raised him from the
dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with the heart a
person believes, resulting in righteousness, and it is
with the mouth that a person confesses, resulting in
salvation. 11 For Scripture says, “Everyone who
believes in him will not be put to shame.” 12 So there
is no distinction between Jew and Greek, because the
same Lord is Lord of all, who gives generously to all
who call on him. 13 Yes, “Everyone who calls on the
name of the Lord will be saved.”
Romans 10:8-13 (EHV)

vii
HOW TO USE THIS BOOK

A
postle Paul, writing to the Roman believers of his
day gave this settled principle in the Word of God:

8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in

your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of
faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with
your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart
that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be
saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto
righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is
made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture
says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to
shame.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew
and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all
who call upon Him. 13 For “whoever calls on the
name of the LORD shall be saved.”
Romans 10:8-13 (NKJV)

In these verses of scripture, Paul is saying that salvation in

any area of life is found in the Word of God. He begins
with … the Word is near you… then he went on to say… in
your mouth and in your heart. Here, the principle of
believing and speaking scriptures for the purpose of
salvation is insisted.

Salvation in any area of life is hooked to the word of God.

But for this salvation to manifest, you must speak (declare,
decree, proclaim and confess) the Word. It is only when this
is done that the power in the Word of God for salvation is
released.

ix
This book has been compiled to help you declare, proclaim,
confess, and decree the Word of God over your life and the
lives of your loved ones. It is written… confession is made
unto salvation… In other words, confession is the platform
for salvation. As you declare the Word of God as found in
this book, over your life, may salvation manifest in your life.

How should you use this book? There are 100 positive
scriptural confessions and follow-up scriptures. Every day, I
propose that you declare 3 or 7 of the positive confessions
over your life and the lives of your loved ones in one sitting.
Why 3 and why 7? Well, I believe that 3 is the number of
RESURRECTION. The Word of God is spirit and life (John
6:33). As nothing could hold Jesus in the grave, as you
boldly declare 3 of these positive confessions over your life
and the lives of your loved ones, the same power that raised
Jesus Christ from the grave will manifest, raising you or your
loved ones from every form of ‘downness’ in life.

Seven (7) on the other hand is the number of perfection. As

you declare seven of these positive scriptural confessions in
your life and the lives of your loved ones, I believe the Word
will perfect the things that need perfection in you or your
loved ones.

In everything, consistency is the key to manifestation. Be

consistent in your confessions. I suggest that these
confessions should be one of the first things to do in the
morning before you go about the business of the day. Keep
the book close to you. Also, during the day, when any
situation arises, check out which declaration suits that
situation and declare the Word of God over your life.

x
This is Volume 1 of the series. Other volumes will follow
this one. My prayer for anyone using this book is that you
will see the Word of God manifest in your life as you boldly
and consistently declare, proclaim, decree and confess the
Word in your life. Scripture clearly states… You shall decree
a thing and it shall be established unto you (Job 22:28)…
God watches over His Word to perform it (Jer. 1:12)… You
shall have what you say (Mark 11:24).

Welcome then to era of the manifestation of God’s word in

your life and the lives of your loved ones as you obey
scriptures by speaking scripture over your life and
circumstances.

POSITIVE SCRIPTURAL
CONFESSION 1
SCRIPTURE: Philippians 4:13 (KJV)
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

CONFESSION
I am a child of God, born again by the incorruptible Word of
God. I am set apart to do exploits and fulfil God’s purpose for
my life. I do not have any strength of my own. The strength I
have is from God through Christ who lives His life in and
through me. Because Christ lives in me, I do positively affirm
that I CAN DO ALL THINGS within the scope of God’s will
for my life through Christ who strengthens me.

NOTES
If you are in Christ, that is if you are born of God, Christ
lives in you. Galatians 2:20 says clearly that the life you now
live as a child of God is the life of Christ who lives in you. If
Christ lives in you, then His strength is available to you.
Because of this, YOU… yes, I mean YOU CAN DO ALL
THINGS through the strength of Christ in you. All you need
to do is live a surrendered life and let Christ live His life in
and through you.

CONFESSION 2
SCRIPTURE: John 15:5 (AMPC)
I am the Vine; you are the branches. …apart from Me [cut off
from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.

13
CONFESSION
I am a child of God. I am a branch of the vine. I cannot
operate on my own. Just as tree branches get their
nourishment from the vine, I get my nourishment and strength
from Christ. I affirm with all humility that APART FROM MY
UNION WITH/IN CHRIST, I CAN DO NOTHING. Strength
and empowerment to do anything I am called to do is from
God. I depend on Christ to both will and do God’s good
pleasure.

NOTES
Anything that is removed from its source cannot effectively
operate and will eventually be useless. A fish taken out of
water will suffocate and eventually die within a few minutes.
A plant uprooted from the soil will wither and die. Any bird
that is caged will not manifest its full potential because birds
are made for the skies, not the cage. Likewise, if we
disconnect ourselves from God who is our source, we will
not function as created to function. Instead of being a
blessing, we become a problem. We must stay connected to
God as a branch must stay connected to the vine to bear
fruits. When we are CONNECTED, we can DO ALL
THINGS…because we are connected to the One with whom
there are NO impossibilities.

CONFESSION 9
SCRIPTURE: Jeremiah 29:11 (AMPC)
For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the
Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for
evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.

CONFESSION
I am a child of God. God’s thoughts and plans for my life
today are plans to prosper me and give me hope and a future.
I, therefore, refuse to lose hope because God is on my side. As
I align with God’s thoughts and plans for my life as revealed
in His Word, I will prosper in every area of my life (spiritual,
financial, mental, social) and everything, my hands will do
today. Amen.

NOTES
God’s thoughts and plans for our lives are found in His Word.
Whenever one aligns with God’s Word and aligns his plans
with God’s plans as written in God’s Word, prosperity in
every area of life is the result. Therefore, do all you can, to
always align your thoughts and plans to God’s thoughts and
plans that are higher than yours and are guaranteed to
produce prosperous results.

CONFESSION 10
SCRIPTURE: 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 (AMPC)
For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on
our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human
weapons. For the weapons of our warfare are not physical
[weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God
for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds,[Inasmuch as
we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every
proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true]
knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose
away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the
Anointed One),

CONFESSION
I am a child of God. Today, as a spiritual person, I refuse to
war as humans do. I use the spiritual weapons at my disposal
that are mighty through God, to overthrow and destroy the
strongholds of the enemy in my mind. I refute every thought
and reasoning that does not align with the Word of God. I
refuse to think such thoughts or reason such reasonings.
Today, every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against
the knowledge of God is brought into captivity and obedience
of Christ. My mind is free today to think God’s thoughts. I
shall fulfil God’s purpose for my life today. Amen.

NOTES
As believers in Christ, we are primarily spirit beings though
we walk in the flesh. We are therefore supposed to be
spiritual people. This can only happen when our spirit man
and the mind are in agreement. When we refute arguments
and cast down all imaginations and every high thing that
exalts itself against God, we clear our minds to agree and
align with our spirit. This way, we live our lives to please

21
God as we think godly thoughts and take godly actions
towards the fulfilment of purpose.

SCRIPTURE: Proverbs 23:7 (AMPC)
For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. As one who reckons, he
says to you, eat and drink, yet his heart is not with you [but is
grudging the cost].

CONFESSION
Today, as a child of God, with Christ living in me, I think
God’s thoughts. I refuse to think anything contrary to the
Word of God. As I think God’s thoughts which are higher
today, I will get to the high places God has ordained for my
life for today. Whatever I think today is manifesting in my life
according to the Word of God. I think healing and health and
deliverance over my life and the life of my loved ones. I think
prosperity, rest, breakthroughs, and peace in every area of my
life and the lives of my family members, both physical and
spiritual. I think fruitfulness in every area of my life. Whatever
my hands do today shall prosper. As I think these thoughts,
according to scriptures, I become them today. They are
manifesting in my life even from this moment. Hallelujah!
Amen.

NOTES
The thoughts you think are very powerful because you are
your thoughts. Scripture says that God’s thoughts are higher
than our thoughts. You and I should, therefore, do everything

22
to align our thoughts to God’s thoughts. We do this by
renewing our minds daily with the Word of God. As we do
so, we become what the Word says.

Let no foul or polluting language, nor evil word nor
unwholesome or worthless talk [ever] come out of your mouth,
but only such [speech] as is good and beneficial to the spiritual
progress of others as is fitting to the need and occasion, that it
may be a blessing and give grace (God’s favor) to those who
hear it.

CONFESSION
I am a child of God. Today, as God’s child, and by His grace,
I refuse to let any foul or polluting language come out of my
mouth. I refuse to let any evil or unwholesome talk come out
of my mouth. My mouth shall speak what is good and
beneficial for the spiritual progress of others. My mouth is a
blessing and not a curse. My words will bring grace to all who
hear them today. Amen.

NOTES
Words can make or break. As a child of God, you must do
everything to make sure that what comes out of your mouth,
does not destroy, but build those who hear you speak. Let us
do everything in our power and by the grace of God such
that our language is wholesome, good, beneficial, seasoned
with grace, to all our hearers. May every word you speak

each day of your life reflect who you are and who you are

SCRIPTURE: Psalm 17:3/35:28 (AMPC)
You have proved my heart; You have visited me in the night;
You have tried me and find nothing [no evil purpose in me]; I
have purposed that my mouth shall not transgress... And my
tongue shall talk of Your righteousness, rightness, and justice,
and of [my reasons for] Your praise all the day long.

CONFESSION
Today, as a child of God, the God of righteousness, I purpose
that my mouth shall not transgress by speaking what is not
godly and what does not give grace to those who will hear me.
By the grace of God in my life, my mouth shall speak of God’s
righteousness and God’s praise and God’s justice. The words
of my mouth and the meditations of my mouth shall be helpful
for mankind and give glory to God. Amen.

NOTES
Whatever comes out of one’s mouth, is a reflection of the
thoughts of that person. When you think of God’s thoughts,
you will speak words seasoned with grace. But when you
think thoughts that are not godly, your talk will be ungodly
and will only bring confusion, fear, and foolishness to your
hearers. Refuse to be one that speaks foolishness. Be one
who speaks God’s wisdom to your hearers, wisdom that will
bring evident transformations in their lives.

From the tribe of Issachar, there were 200 leaders of the tribe

times and knew the best course for Israel to take.

SCRIPTURE: 2 Timothy 4:1-2 (NLT)

I solemnly urge you in the presence of God and Christ Jesus,
who will someday judge the living and the dead when he comes
to set up his Kingdom: Preach the word of God. Be prepared,
whether the time is favorable or not. Patiently correct, rebuke,
and encourage your people with good teaching.

CONFESSION
I am a child of God. I am an ambassador of Christ, called and
appointed to take the message of reconciliation to the ends of
the world. I do understand the times we are in right now and
the urgency for the Word of God to be preached. I, therefore,
pledge to preach and teach the Word in season and out of
season; when it is convenient and when it is not convenient
until all those around me see the light that is in Jesus Christ
and are delivered from the powers of darkness into the
Kingdom of light. So help me, Lord!

NOTES
When you understand the times that we are presently in, you
will not hesitate to preach and teach God’s Word at every
opportunity. God has called, appointed, and empowered us
and has given us the ministry and Word of reconciliation to
reconcile many to Him. Let nothing stop you from carrying
on this noble function, in the name of Jesus Christ.

For in the Gospel a righteousness which God ascribes is

As it is written, The man who through faith is just and upright
shall live and shall live by faith.

SCRIPTURE: 2 Corinthians 5:7 (AMPC)

For we walk by faith [we regulate our lives and conduct
ourselves by our conviction or belief respecting man’s
relationship to God and divine things, with trust and holy fervor;
thus we walk] not by sight or appearance.

CONFESSION
I am a child of God; I believe in the Gospel of Christ from
which the righteousness which God ascribes is revealed. I am
a child of faith. I am saved by grace through faith; I live by
faith and walk by faith. My faith pleases God. I speak faith,
act faith, and live faith. I walk on all the waters of life,
overcoming the obstacles of life, emerging victorious because
faith is the victory that overcomes. I am an overcomer
by/through faith. In the name of Jesus.

NOTES
Every child of God is a child of faith. As a child of faith,
born by the Word of faith, by grace, we are called to live by
faith and walk by faith. This is because the life of faith is the
overcoming life. This faith come by hearing and hearing the

to live by the Word of God which is very powerful and can
overcome all. Hallelujah!.

CONFESSION
I am a child of God. I am a God called and God appointed

my body is in good shape and health. I am exempted from any
form of sickness or disease. I can therefore not be sick. No
part of my being is the airport of any form of sickness or

NOTES
Every child of God is a called and appointed ambassador.
One of the benefits that go with this office is the enjoyment
of divine health: spirit, soul and body. God wants us healthy
so that we can effectively function in our office. Healing is,
therefore, your right and my right as a child of God and an

must do is surrender ourselves for Christ to live His life in us
