Education Services Lab Support Engineer
− Document existing lab environments utilizing visual aids and written procedures
− Work with vendor (Telco, software developer and contractor) to carry out project.
− Provide support for users on their desktop, laptop, and IT infrastructure environment.
− Overseeing break/fix activities and upgrades and assist users with IT related questions and
issues.
_ Ensure that performance and Server Level Agreement matrices are met.
− Responsible for security patch analysis and management on desktops and laptops.
− Perform in depth analysis of OS and application generated crash dumps and logs with the
goal of providing root cause association and resolution.

− Completed project to switch network service provider for 300 Singapore based Blackberry
users – 2Q(2008), tasks consist of :
Backup and transfer of contacts from Lotus Notes to Outlook 2003,
Backup and transfer of data from old to new Blackberry via user’s PC using Blackberry
Desktop Manager,
Configure Blackberry Desktop Manager to use Outlook 2003 instead of Lotus Notes,
Walkthrough with users on Outlook 2003 features.
