 Tracy Ross

Ever  since I was a little girl, I have wanted to be a teacher. Growing
up  Deaf  with  the  use  of  speech and sign language has helped me

realize  the  importance  of  Deaf  Education,  especially  its
indispensable  role  in  language  and  academic  development  for
Deaf  children.  I  want  all  children  to  have  equal  access  to
D E A F E D U C A T O R
language,  especially  Deaf  children  who  need  the visual language
to  learn  in  school.  I  am  excited to provide a positive environment
and learning experiences for my future students.
