1. Introduction to first meeting


Team members effectively communicated through social messaging (WhatsApp) to
set an online meeting via Zoom. Members of different cultures get to know one
another.

2. Project brief discussion


 Project brief uploaded on Moodle was downloaded and discussed by team
members during meeting.
 Members are given one week to understand the project brief and research on
medical bed designs and linear actuators.
 Members plan on project timeline and stages of completion.
3. Assignment of roles
 Team members discuss on what roles they are comfortable with for the project.
 Roles discussed were secretary, logistics, simulator, drafter, and compiler.
