constitutionalist I therefore ask you to enlighten me to broaden my constitutional knowledge, if
this is possible as to point out where in the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900
(UK) there is a provisions that the State Government can override the constitutional rights of
citizens merely as to make it easier for the police to easier to do their job?

What kind of example is it when a commander in the police force direct a journalist to be
arrested where as the video shows he did no more but stand there on his own observing and
50 reporting what was going on as if he was obstructing the police?
Our Framers of the constitution specifically debated the rights of the media o report matters and
in line to their decisions I view that Avi Yemini was appropriately doing so.

to avoid any legal battle but having had the police denying me my legal right to do my groceries

65 customer about 1/3 of my age I held I am left not alternative but to institute legal proceedings.
After all you ignored my past demands.

Even if you decide not to cancel/withdraw the LOCKDOWNS and other unconstitutional restrictions then I

80 Obviously your failure to respond cannot be ignored by the High Court of Australia that by this
you prevented me to provide the court with a more comprehensive documentation, for so far that
was/is possible, for in support of my Application.

Now that I have emails my Application to the Court I view that the STATUS QUO should be
85 applied and the Victorian Police will not intervene with the constitutional rights to engage in a
“political liberty” exercise to protest on Sunday 13 September 2020, as I understand they are
contemplating to do.

While often the Victorian Police seems to claim they are acting on directions of the Chief health

thugs/constitutional terrorist are violently attacking law abiding citizens.

But she said the official directives were coming from the States's Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young,
and she was unable to bend the rules.

115 This appears to indicate that now the Chief Health Officer and not the Premier is in charge of the
Government. A person who may have absolutely no knowledge as to what is constitutionally or
otherwise legally applicable.

This is a very serious matter, including for example children denied to see their dying father, etc,
120 while AFL participants have no such limitations.

While you may argue that what another premier does is not to be confused with you, but do
understand that if a Chief Health Officer is now in charge then why would be need a Premier?

125 And if the High Court of Australia hands down a decision against the State of Victoria as result
of my application then the ripple effect likely that it also applies to other States and Territories.

In my view considering my application the State of Victoria should immediately seize and
desist of any enforcement of any lockdown / curfew, compulsory wearing of mask, social
130 distancing, and other draconic requirements.

It doesn’t mean that a citizen cannot voluntarily wear a mask or use social distancing, as if they
desire to move to the moon to avoid any alleged contamination then I for one will not seek to
obstruct a citizen to do so.

And obviously I view that also any COMPULSORY vaccinations must seize immediately.

In view of my Application to the High Court of Australia I view it would be prudent for the State
government to avoid any further escalation of problems and it will seek to avoid any further
140 conflicts between the Victorian Police and citizens exercising their “political liberty” as to
engage in a “political protest” the very foundation of rights to keep any Government of the Day
in check and therefore the Victorian Police will refrain from acting in any obstructive manner
that may or could deny a protester to exercise his/her “political liberty”.

145 We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
