The primary objective of our research is to grasp the better knowledge of both H&M and

Samsung as they both are giant corporations and huge name in their respective industries. The
main objective of this research is to know about the logistics and supply chain processes of the
H&M and strategies of Samsung basically we will learn about the strategies and polices that both
Samsung and H&M used in their operations how they implement those sets of ideas in their
business operations.

We the help of this research project we will be able to tell anyone about Samsung business
operations and their use of latest technology also how H&M is a giant hub of fashion clothing in
74 countries and their logistics operation are very fast they have number of distribution networks
through the world and they have more advanced towards innovative trends and technologies of
today supply chain world.

Both the organization have evolved enormously over the years and both have been trend setter in
their own way so this research will help us learn how businesses flourish and what are the
difficulties and hardships they go through on the road to success. Most importantly, we are doing
this research to understand the better dynamics and trends of the market so that we can
implement this knowledge in our professional careers
