INVESTMENT CONTRACT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This investment contract made and executed by and between JENNY ANN G. LANTORIA of
legal age, single and a resident of _______________________, a Proprietor of DELA
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES and (NAME OF INVESTOR) , a resident of _____________________.

This contract further certifies that (NAME OF INVESTOR) is making a venture with DELA
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, and the invested amount shall be used to create a diverse
portfolio, most of which will concentrate on the capital expansion.

 ANNEX A

THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING CONSIDERATIONS:

I. PERIOD OF CONTRACT

This contract shall be effective from ______________ to _________________.

II.INTEREST CHARGED

A.) The investor ______________ must be paid due interest charged at the rate of 10% per
month or ______________________ of the total amount invested by the investor of DELA
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. The beginning of payment must be made after one (1) month
from the date of signing this contract.

III. CONDITIONS

A.) The investor or his/her authorized representative(s), members of the business venture
or colleagues shall not in any way make use of the assets and interfere with the operations
(See Annex B) of DELA CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.

B.) The investment collaborator shall be required to present approved updates to the
investors on the status of the venture periodically. (See Annex C)

III. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

A.) Shall the investor ___________________ decide to withdraw the investment contract, the
investor _______________ is required to give an advance notice of ninety (90) days prior to
withdrawing the investment, the withdrawal shall be in writing.

B.) The investor is allowed only to withdraw the investment after One Hundred Twenty
Days (120) days from the date of signing of the contract with a pre-termination fee of
twenty-five (25%) percent of the total amount invested.

C.) In the event that the company has to be dissolved due to bankruptcy or declared with
supporting documents that there was no net gain before or after the end of this contract,
the investment collaborator shall release the amount of the capital investment except for
the thirty (30%) percent interest charge.
