SONNY AJMANI, Senior Partner
Sonny is one of the co-founders of Kepler Cannon. He started his consulting career with a spinoff
of McKinsey & Co’s financial services practice – Mitchell Madison – and has continued to incubate
contemporary strategy & analytics consultancies since. His expertise spans Growth Strategy, Cost
Transformation, Sales & Marketing Effectiveness, and Digital Enablement

My favourite project at Kepler was showing a leading European stock exchange how to monetize
the stored away wealth of doctors around the world

The one thing that never ceases to surprise me about Kepler how the consultants are so much
smarter than what I was at their age!

Of all the cities I’ve worked in, my favourite city for work is Hong Kong - Love the street food!

 YI ZHANG, Principal
Yi is one of the Kepler ‘lifers’ and everyone’s unofficial mentor. She started her consulting
career at ElectrifAI, a strategy and analytics firm. Her expertise spans Business Strategy,
Advanced Analytics, Globalization, and Sales & Marketing Effectiveness. She has helped
several Fortune 500s successfully grow their presence across Asia.

On the weekends I enjoy a good workout (usually involving tires – lifting, hitting, jumping on them) followed by
boozy brunch… Ever since having a baby, I value sleep more than workouts

The one thing that never ceases to surprise me about Kepler is our ability to create amazing 300+ page
decks in a week!

If I wasn’t a consultant, I would love to be a College admission counselor

My favourite project at Kepler was to build a de-novo analytics capability across 11 Asian countries

Of all the cities I’ve worked in, my favourite city for work is Tokyo….I am always up for some fresh Uni at
the Tsukiji market

The craziest thing I’ve ever done is learning to drive a stick shift car in a hotel parking lot for 2 hours and then
taking a 10 hour road trip to see the blue ice lake in Iceland!

Daniel is best defined as a technophile. He has worked with Deloitte in the analytics function. His expertise spans

On the weekends I like to scale the heights with my husky, Sasha. When I am not hiking with my great trail buddy, I like to catch-
up on the latest technology
