ACTIVATION
G OOD POSTURE = E LITE M ODELS
The critical success factor for every runway model,
athlete, fitness model is good posture. Good posture
conveys self-confidence.
Good posture is immediately apparent to an
observer. Walking down the street, we may notice
postural imbalances in others, but what about in
ourselves?
Without good posture, you will suffer imbalance,
injuries, and look bad. Bad posture unconsciously
signifies low energy and lack of confidence.
The good news is if you have postural imbalances, we
can fix them by understanding the three main
problems:
1. Tight chest and weak upper back
2. Tight lower back and weak core
3. Tight hips and weak butt

The solution to these three problems is as follows:


• Stretch your chest, lower back, and hips
• Strengthen your upper back, core, and butt

For our first phase of posture training we will do the
following:

Strengthening Sequence
1. Gymnastics Plank
2. Band Walk
3. Farmers Carry
4. Band Rows in Hinge

Stretching Sequence
1. Childs Pose
2. Crab Reach Back
3. Yoga Bridge
4. Squat, int rotation, walkout
