pertaining to anti-illegal drugs operations.

 Checks/signs memo compliance drafted by Admin PNCO such as the following and not limited to;

EXECUTIVE SEIOR  Monthly Periodic Report on Vehicle
POLICE OFFICER  Monthly Firearms Inspection and Maintenance
(DESPO)  Monthly Report on Stencil of Firearms
Chief, Clerk  Assist the District Executive Senior Police Officer (DESPO) in the Administrative management and
supervision of uniformed personnel at the Office of the DESPO
 Attends MFR, RMI/PICE
Action PNCO  Receive memos daily and Attend Monday Flag Raising, Rank Muster Inspection/Police Information
and Continuing Education and other command activities
 Responsible in the checking of attendance during command activities Supervise in the checking of
attendance during command activities and issue an order to report with explanation and copy
furnish to DLOS,DPHRDD.
 Prepare LOD report to be forwarded to D1
RS PNCO  Submit Monthly compliance as RS PNCO
DISTRICT Chief, DHSU / Camp Commander  Provide effective performance through develop excellence work, skill and knowledge in
HEADQUARTERS formulation of strict implementation of Camp Riles and regulation, Beautification, Camp Defense
SUPPORT UNIT Plan and Disaster Control Plan
(DHSU) Shift Supervisor  Charge in controlling and supervising traffic and parking inside the camp;
 Assist the C, DHSU in the implementation of Camp Riles and regulation, Beautification, Camp
Defense Plan and Disaster Control Plan
BASE POLICE SENTINEL  Responsible in the Inspection/checking of the ingress and egress personnel to inspect/check the
vehicles before entering and going out of the camp at the main gate and issue pass card.
 Report to work on time wearing proper uniform in compliance to LOI TAMANG BIHIS;
 Attend the Pre Deployment Activities (Daily Personnel Accounting Report (DPAR)
C, DICTO  Provide effective performance through develop excellence work, skill and knowledge in
formulation of Information Technology matters.
DISTRICT IT PNCO  Attends to assigned tasks as IT PNCO, Assists the IT Officer in maintaining computer network,
INFORMATION conducts research in relation to IT solutions and Acts as computer operator during conferences.
AND  Attends to the following administrative tasks, Receives and records all incoming communications;
COMMUNICATIO Consolidates, evaluates and acts on all incoming communications; Monitors status of
N TECHNOLGY communications/compliances especially those with target dates to avoid delay; Prepares
(DICTO) communication for IT office; and Assists in the conduct of inventory of IT equipment;

ENCODER  Attends to assigned tasks as IT PNCO, Assists the IT Officer in maintaining computer network.
Encoder of E-warrant Information System.
 Provide Technical Support with regard to IT matters at QCPD
 Provide effective performance through develop excellence work skill and knowledge in review of
C, DLO
Resolution, Drafted cases and other pertaining law related matters.
 Assist the C, DLO/DHRAO in all DLO/DHRAO concerns.
Legal Researcher/Drafter, DLO/DHRAO  Encode/Draft Admin Cases
 Filing and Monitoring of Admin Cases documents.
 Transport C, DLO/DPHRO and other DLO/DPHRO Personnel to location where their attendance is
DISTRICT LEGAL Driver/Security, DLO/DHRAO needed.
OFFICER (DLO)  Deliver communication paper to other unit of agencies.
 Maintain the cleanliness and running condition of the issued vehicle
Action PNCO  Ensure all incoming and outgoing memos are in proper filing for future reference
 Prepare Weekly/Monthly Report re: Human Rights Program (Human Rights Training/Lectures,
Admin PNCO inspection of Custodial Facilities, Medical Check-up and Spiritual Counseling of
CIDU,DDEU,ANCAR,DSOU and PS-1 to PS-12
 Conduct of internal security operations against insurgents, secessionists and terrorists as an
independent unit or part of a larger force;
 Establishment and supporting a Forward Operation Base whenever the need for such arises for
tactical for tactical advantage, in coordination with units of the Armed Forces of the Philippines
deployed within AOR of the concerned NCR District;
FORCE COMMANDER
 Conduct of border control, special police operations and other law enforcement operations in
support and in coordination with the Police Units under the jurisdiction of a certain NCR District as
directed by the concerned District Director, NCR Police District; and
 Provide police presence (visibility) in places of convergence and vital installations in support to the
DISTRICT MOBILE Police Stations within the AOR of the concerned NCR Police District.
FORCE BATTALION  Assist the Force Commander in supervising the Battalion deployment and activities
 Assist the Force Commander in the operation of DPSB thru constants monitoring of the Admin and
ASST. FORCE COMMANDER

 Coordinate and disseminate Force Commander’s guidance to all company commander
 Preside and give guidance during after and before deployment
 Check the daily beat patrol of PSC personnel

C, OPERATION
 Supervise duty desk officer and radio operator with their tasking and compliance
 Supervise Operation PNCO with their monthly compliance
 Check the daily beat patrol of 3rd CDM Unit
PLATOON LEADER
 Monitor the deployment and activities of Public Safety Company
 Take an action pictures and significant events during the conduct of area inspection.
 Conduct inspection of deployed personnel to the following AREAS: CDM deployment, Other
SPS, DMFB-QCPD Security deployment, PIPS deployment and fixed post deployment.
 Conduct SITREP upon Arrival at the area of deployment and ensure that all dispatch are recorder
thru BLOTTER LOG BOOK
 Conduct inspection of deployed personnel to the following AREAS: CDM deployment, Other
Security deployment, PIPS deployment and fixed post deployment.
TMR Supervisor, DMFB-QCPD  Take an action pictures and significant events during the conduct of area inspection.
 In case of unavailability of duty Officer due to multi tasks/various deployments, SPS shall initiatively
acts as Team Leader of other deployment.
 Provide personnel for Civil Disturbance Management (CDM operations.
 Conduct police operations against all forms of lawlessness as independent unit or part of a larger

 To deliver an effective and efficient performance as C, DTEU and provide accurate services to
highest form of professionalism;
DISTRICT TRAFFIC  Supervise Administrative and Operational control over Traffic Sector Commanders & key
ENFORCEMENT personnel;
UNIT (DTEU)  Give due recognition to all traffic personnel that shows exemplary performances
Chief, DTEU  Evaluate Incoming and Outgoing memos
 Initiate and Approved Plans and Programs of the unit
 initiate immediate action and solution to every issues and concerns
 Perform other functions as provided by law or as directed by higher headquarter
 Assist C, DTEU in supervision of personnel
 Assist C, DTEU to attend other conferences

 List down all announcement and guidelines disseminated during roll call formation

 Conduct traffic direction and control during special traffic details and other significant activities
 Submit compliance to higher headquarter
 Supervise all issued vehicle
Supply PNCO  Maintain the cleanliness of all issued vehicle
 Shall apprehend traffic violator
 Shall enforce all traffic rules and regulations, City Ordinances
 Shall decongest traffic forms caused by vehicular accident and other forms of obstructions
affecting the traffic flow
Traffic Enforcer  Observe Tamang Bihis
 Conduct operation against obstruction such as tricycle, pedicels, vendors and other
 Direct and control traffic accident
 Report to supervisor thru radio or cp, the result of the operation conducted
 Monitor and relay to the media the significant events and accomplishments of QCPD Units thru

 Performs the following duties and responsibilities as Action PNCO, PIO.
 Read/scrutinize the daily journal and spot reports from District Tactical Operation Center (DTOC)
for any significant accomplishments worthy for press release
C, ACT  Check Certificate Prepared by Admin PNCO
 investigate cases involving Cybercrime and its relation to violation of Penal Laws and Special Law
 To execute and effect Warrant and/or Order of arrest
 Appear in court/administrative and /or legislative bodies or other tribunal
 Monitor other activities pertaining to cybercrime for investigative purposes
Cybercrime Investigator  prepare and submit periodic reports other related documents pertaining to the case being
DISTRICT ANTI- investigate
CYBER CRIME UNIT  Review/ analyze report in the preparation of UPER (DIDM)
 Conduct search and seizure as ordered by any court of the Philippines

 Conduct Cyber Patrolling on Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Social Media Intelligence
(SOCMINT) sources
 Update profile database of monitored Persons Of Interest (POIs) and Groups involved in
Cybercrimes and cyber related incidents in Quezon City
Cybercrime Patroller
 Prepare documents and reports for the Daily
 Monitoring Report and Journal
 Brief the Team Leader of the activities conducted and the significant information acquired

 Attend the daily formation to check attendance, “Tamang Bihis” and receive/dessiminate
