Gas pressure regulator FRU Dung

1. These pressure regulators FRU are circulation regulators with adjustable set point
spring. They limit the output pressure of a booster to the set value (response pressure)
when consumption fluctuates.
2. The regulator complies with EN 88 and DIN 3380.
3. Input pressure up to 150 mbar (15 kPa). Output range 2.5 ÷ 150 mbar.
4. Sturdy, precise and sensitive regulation of input pressure (response pressure).
5. Safety diaphragms.
6. External pulse as standard.
It does not contain any non-ferrous metals and is suitable for gases up to maximum

The FRU gas pressure regulator constantly limits the pressure in a gas-consuming system.
In the system, the gas supply pressure is increased to a higher pressure by a gas blower
(pressure increasing device). If the generated pressure exceeds the set response pressure,
the FRU pressure regulator opens.

Flow diagram FRU Dungs

The FRU gas pressure regulator constantly limits the pressure in a gas-consuming system. In the
system, the gas supply pressure is increased to a higher pressure by a gas blower (pressure
increasing device). If the generated pressure exceeds the set response pressure, the FRU
pressure regulator opens. The output pressure of the pressure booster is relieved via the return
line.

2. To increase outlet pressure turn the adjustment spindle clockwise, to decrease the outlet
pressure turn The adjustment spindle counterclockwise. 3. Always use an accurate pressure
gauge connected downstream from the regulator to measure the actual outlet pressure.
4. Reinstall the black cover.
5. After adjusting the set point for normal operation check to see that the gas pressure regulator
operates as intended.
6. Use holes in the black cover and the side of the regulator to secure a lead seal to prevent
Unauthorized adjustment.
