Subject: Complaint of Order Laptops

Dear Mrs. Bella,

We ordered 4 units Laptop on 21 May and delivered on 24 May. I regret that 1 of them have
problem with LCD.

The package containing these goods appeared to be in perfect condition and I accepted and
signed for it without question. It was on unpacking the LCD laptop the damage was
discovered, pada laptop Apple MacBook Pro ME293ID/A (Late 2013). I can only assume
that laptop was due to careless handling at same stage prior to packing.

I shall be glad if you will replace them. It have been kept aside in case you need them to
support a claim your supplier for compensation. Thank You.

appreciate how disappointing this must have been for you.

We try very hard to make sure that our products are the best quality possible and that our
customers never have any cause to complain. I’ve contacted our supplier and asked them to
look into your complaint. To say sorry and as your request, we will replace the laptop that has
damage to the LCD. We will send it on May 27, 2020.
