Project Summary
Elevator Pitch

Concise Summary: Help us pitch this solution! Provide an explanation within 3-4 short sentences.

Hint: This will be the first introductory text about this project that viewers will see.

This project is about taking responsibility for youths in the street who lack vision, have no sense of purpose, with no education. We teach them,
give their lives meaning, then, send them to school.

WHAT IF - Inspiration: Write one sentence that describes a way that your project dares to ask, "WHAT IF?"

What if these youths are taking care of, surely, it will reduce the level of crime in the society or even eradicate it totally.

About Project

Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

This project is trying to address the problem of crime in the society. Most of these crimes are committed by youths who have no sense of
meaning and purpose in life. Impacting the lives of these youths and giving them quality education will reduce the crimes in my society thereby,
making the society comfortable for living.

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

I organize a forum where these youths are gathered. I and my team teach them, helping them see reasons why they should be responsible and
should contribute positively to the society. By this we give them a sense of meaning and purpose. I also have a library containing books and
articles about leadership, entrepreneurship and national transformation. We intend to them to school to acquire formal education. Though we
just started but, we have a dream to reach every youths like this in the world. I am happy because as many that will pass through this forum
will not yield themselves to crimes. If we don't capture them by way of transforming their lives, they will gradually become criminals and disturb
the neighborhood.

Impact: How does it Work

1
Example: Walk us through a specific example(s) of how this solution makes a difference; include its primary activities.

This program is making youths responsible. By educating them on how and why they should be responsible people and contribute positively to the
society, the level of crime in the society is reduced day by day. Again, by educating the youths to become agents of change in the society, we are
raising quality leaders for Africa.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Also describe the projected future impact for the coming years.

This project is currently reducing the level of crime in the society. The youths we have impacted positively will never yield themselves to evil. They
are agents of societal transformation. And this is making the community conducive for living. I also see in them the zeal and passion to contribute
positively to the development of their nation. They are already future quality leaders.

Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?

This program is currently operating in my community. My plan is to impact one or two youths in other communities, build and empower them to
start this program in their communities. So by 5-10 years, I should have covered my country and then start it in other countries.

Sustainability

Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?

I and my team currently have plans to invest into transportation in order to raise finance to sustain this project. However, with time, we will
diversify our investment.

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these
approaches?

I do not know for now.

Founding Story

Some time ago I came across an article titled 'How to transform a nation through personal responsibilities' by Sunday Adelaja. He taught that we
should take personal responsibilities towards solving problems around us. I was highly inspired by this article that I decided to do what I already
had passion for which is; helping the youths in the street become meaningful in life. This is how this program started.

Team

Two of my friends are my team mates. I chose them because they have my kind of passion and interest.
