(1) Processed item: What has been processed until now (or until recently) is
displayed using a 3D drawing.
- Start/end time of processing
- Part information (unfolded dimensions/material name/thickness)
- Processed count
(2) Status: The current machine status (Working, Planning, Standby, Alarm,
Power Off) is displayed.
(3) Alarm: If an alarm is active, the details of the alarm are displayed.
(4) Consumable: When any consumable is due for inspection or
replacement, the details of the consumable are displayed.
Machine statuses are analyzed using the following three calculation methods:
(2) (3)
(1) (4)
Machine statuses are analyzed using the following three calculation methods:
1. Status: The cumulative operating time of the machine during the specified
period can be checked.
2. Ratio: The cumulative work-rate of the machine during the specified
period can be checked.
3. History: The daily operating status of the machine can be checked.
How the machine load changes with manufacturing instructions can be checked,
and this information can be used to check the load allowance of the machine.
One cause of low work-rates for machines is frequent planning or alarms. It is
possible to check whether or not this situation is applicable.
(1) (2)
(4) (3)
If the above judgment is not ideal, conduct analysis in vFactory or using other
systems to check the reason for the low work-rate, or check the status with the
person in charge, to resolve the problem quickly.

The processing statuses (processing results) of machines are analyzed for each
process using the following two methods:
(2) (4)
(1) (3)
(6)
(5)
(1) Select the process you want to display from the process selection pull-down
menu.
(3) To find a program name whose result you want to check, input part of the
program name.
You can choose to display only the results of programs whose name
contains the input text.
Example. To check the results of A2402241-00 and A2402861-ZZ,
input A2402 and search.

Judgement
If the judgment does not meet expectations, you can compare the processing cost
in the estimate submitted when the order was received, against the actual
processing time.
This way, you can review the estimate amount or perform appropriate setup.
The result of bending using the NT bender is compared against the standard value
(Dr. ABE, repeat) to make a judgment.
By specifying a part name, you can check the total bending time for each part.
