IV. Target Clientele: Colubot Elementary School teachers, pupils and stakeholders.

V. Rationale:

Colubot Elementary School is on support to the all the existing memorandums,

programs and advisories of the Department of Education.
This school year, thru the activity OK SA DEPED, the school has also a program aims
to support the existing project of the agency.
The PROJECT MAS OK SA DEPED aims to upkeep the 5 major flagships: School-
Based Feeding Programs (SBFP), National Drug Education Program (NDEP), Adolescent and
Reproductive Health (ARH), Wash, Water, Sanitations, Hygiene (WINS) and Medical, Dental
Nursing Services (MDNS).
The learning institution believes that the PROJECT MAS OK SA DEPED aims also to
intensify the TOP 11 approved innovations of Colubot Elementary School.

VI. Objectives:

The PROJECT MAS OK SA DEPED aims to:

1. Support the OK SA DEPED Program of DepEd Tarlac Province.

2. Backing up the 5 major flagships: School-Based Feeding Programs (SBFP),

National Drug Education Program (NDEP), Adolescent and Reproductive

Health (ARH), Wash, Water, Sanitations, Hygiene (WINS) and Medical,

Dental Nursing Services (MDNS).

3. Intensify the Top 11 approved innovations of the school.

he PROJECT MAS OK SA DEPED was designed to support the existing project of

the DepEd Tarlac Province, OK SA DEPED.

PROJECT MAS OK SA DEPED strategized to support the5 major flagships: School-Based

Feeding Programs (SBFP), National Drug Education Program (NDEP), Adolescent and Reproductive
Health (ARH), Wash, Water, Sanitations, Hygiene (WINS) and Medical, Dental Nursing Services
(MDNS).

PROJECT MAS OK SA DEPED develops further the importance of bayanihan and

camaraderie among the Colubot Elementary School family.

PROJECT MAS OK SA DEPED will trail the 5 flagships, following the Top 11 approved

innovations of Colubot Elementary School.

Stakeholders (philantrophists) shall be tapped for financial support of the implementation

Note: There will be a follow up on the program based on the different feedbacks. There will be still an
adjustment of dates depending on the memorandums and advisories from the higher

X. Expected Outputs:

We are expecting the following results:

1. OK SA DEPED Program of DepEd Tarlac Province would be 100%

supported by the Colubot Elementary School teachers, pupils, parents and

other stakeholers.

2. The 5 major flagships: School-Based Feeding Programs (SBFP), National

Drug Education Program (NDEP), Adolescent and Reproductive Health

(ARH), Wash, Water, Sanitations, Hygiene (WINS) and Medical, Dental

Nursing Services (MDNS) will be given credits and supported superbly.

3. The Top 11 approved innovations of the school will be more intensified..
