GAS LEAK
12/12/2010 510 Main St R/O responded along with Super to tenant's apartment for a report of gas
leak. Odor was emanating from the stove. Gas was shut off until service
could correct the condition in the morning.

was turned off and building management notified.
12/31/2010 F/O 560 Main St Window screen of an unknown apartment observed lying on the ground
in front of location. Building management notified.

12/1/2010 563 Main St Victim advised she left her driver's license at location. Upon return a
female who the victim had a past dispute with had turned in her license.
Victim wanted a report to document the incident.
12/2/2010 531 Main St
Victim advised she heard someone tampering with her door. She found
door unlocked upon approach. Upon arrival, search of area yielded
negative results for subject. Victim has filed similar reports in the past.
12/2/2010 550 Main St Reporter entered PSD with a complaint of a prior incident which allegedly
occurred in 2009. Reporter advised of his address, but upon
investigation there is no such record of tenant. Reporter had an odor of
alcohol on his breath.
12/2/2010 579 Main St Male subject observed at location causing a disturbance and making
derogatory statements against PSD. Subject left location. Subject's
Mother later made a complaint that her son was being harassed.

12/5/2010 625 Main St Victim advised unknown individual was trying to open her apartment
door. Upon arrival R/O searched the area for subjects with negative
results.
12/7/2010 556 Main St Reporter advised unknown person is placing their garbage outside her
door on a regular basis. The name of a neighboring tenant was located
in the garbage and building management has been notified.

12/7/2010 851 Main St Fire hydrant leaking at location. Grounds unable to shut the valve off.
311 Notified and is sending a technician to check on it.
12/7/2010 F/O 555 Main St Anonymous Female advised a flyer was taken off the kiosk for an event
that has not taken place yet. Management confirmed they did not remove
the flyer.
12/7/2010 888 Main St Victim advised bus driver pulled up at stop closed the door and quickly
drove away without letting him enter the bus. Bus supervisor notified of
incident.
12/10/2010 525 Main St Reporter advised unknown male subject telephoned for her to send
money out of the country to obtain a $4.5 million cash prize. R/O dialed
number and spoke with subject who became irate. Number on file.
Victim advised not to send money.
12/11/2010 531 Main St
Victim reports that someone broke into her home and took various items.
Victim believes she is being targeted by building management. Victim
has filed several complaints in the past. No signs of forced entry.
12/13/2010 546 Main St Victim stated there was a used condom placed on her door knob. R/O
searched location for subjects with negative results.
12/13/2010 540 Main St Victim advised young male was staring into her apartment window on
two occasions. Upon arrival victim would not open apartment door. R/O
checked the area and all was in order.
12/13/2010 560 Main St R/O observed a male enter apartment from the patio. Upon investigation
the male was the tenant. All was in order.
12/15/2010 555 Main St Victim advised some items were missing from her apartment. NYPD
notified but stated not enough evidence to generate a report.
12/17/2010 886 Main St Reporter advised he observed two male subjects lingering at location.
Upon approach they threatened him harm and left the location. Search of
area yielded negative results for subjects.
12/21/2010 560 Main St
Victim reported she paid male subject $175 to stay in a friend's
apartment. Victim stated the friend threw her out of the apartment and
kept her money. R/O responded to location, victim was given money
back and building management was notified of illegal transaction.
12/23/2010 546 Main St Reporter advised unknown person banging on her apartment door.
Search of area for subject yielded negative results.
12/23/2010 888 Main St Victim advised of incident which took place on 12/21/10 of a suspicious
male who asked her to allow him entrance to her place of residence.
Victim denied him access and closed the door behind her.

JUVENILE RELATED (INCIDENTS)


12/20/2010 550 Main St Report of youths involved in physical altercation. Male youth was
identified as being involved and became disorderly grabbing R/O. Youth
was taken into custody and released to his guardian. Matter referred to
Youth Officer.

LOCK-OUT (VEH / PREMISE)


12/12/2010 540 Main St Tenant lost her keys. Super on scene to change cylinder lock. Check of
interior found all to be in order. Tenant advised to contact service in the
morning to obtain a copy of new key.

LOST/MISSING PROPERTY
12/22/2010 F/O 524 Main St Victim stated he parked his wheelchair in front of location. Upon his
return it was missing. NYPD refused.
12/25/2010 555 Main St Victim advised while doing laundry her Kindle book reader was on bench.
Upon completion the book reader was missing. NYPD refused.

POSSIBLE ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE


12/21/2010 595 Main St Reporter advised of smell of illegal substance in hallway. R/O responded
to find smell present. Search of area conducted for subjects with
negative results. Management notified.
12/22/2010 510 Main St Reporter advised of group of males smoking illegal substance at location.
Search of area yielded negative results for subjects.
12/22/2010 575 Main St Reporter advised of smell of illegal substance coming from another
apartment. Reporter stated he advised building management who sent a
letter to tenant.

12/1/2010 540 Main St Reporter advised door knob to lobby broken at location. Super advised
locksmith has been notified and will come to correct the condition.

12/3/2010 400 Main St Male requested assistance for a broken bicycle lock. Identification was
provided and lock was removed.

12/5/2010 546 Main St Smoke condition at location caused by burnt food. No property damage.

12/17/2010 200 Main St FDNY on scene for a small microwave fire.

injuries to report.

12/6/2010 1 Main St R/O observed gate unsecured. Search of area found all to be in order.
Gate was secured by Officer.
12/12/2010 1 Main St Gate observed open at location. Upon investigation another gate was
found laying on the ground. Area was secured and engineering notified.

12/18/2010 1 Main St R/O responded to location for possible trespassers. Upon arrival lock to
gate was missing. Search of area yielded negative results for subjects.
Lock was obtained and gate was secured.
12/24/2010 500 Main St R/O observed padlock to basement door missing from location.
Management notified to replace padlock and area was monitored until
condition could be corrected.

VEHICLE ACCIDENT
12/5/2010 688 Main St R/O observed vehicle #1 hit vehicle #2 which was parked at location.
Owner information for vehicle #2 not on file. A note was left with vehicle
#1 motorist information as well as on file with PSD.
12/8/2010 688 Main St Victim advised his parked vehicle was hit by the vehicle parked next to
his. Parking Manager notified. NYPD refused.
12/18/2010 688 Main St Two vehicles involved in accident exiting location. NYPD notified, but
both vehicles exited location prior to their arrival.
12/26/2010 400 Main St Reporter advised while performing snow removal he struck parked
vehicle causing scratches and dents. 911 notified for police report. Note
was left on vehicle to contact PSD regarding damages.
12/28/2010 30 River Rd Victim advised her vehicle was struck by a Postal Delivery Truck as per a
note left by the driver. Victim was given all information by Postal
Manager to file a claim.

VISITATION (CHILD CUSTODY)


12/24/2010 550 Main St Father advised Mother was not following court order for
custody/visitation. NYPD on scene. Children were later dropped off at
PSD for their visitation with the Father. Copies of court documents were
provided.

WATER LEAK
12/4/2010 595 Main St
Water leak reported at location. Upon arrival condition was corrected.
12/6/2010 560 Main St
Report of water leak at location. Upon arrival condition was unfounded.
12/21/2010 595 Main St
Water leak at location due to faulty pipes behind the wall in the bathroom.
Water was cleaned up and condition was corrected by maintenance.
12/27/2010 625 Main St Water leak at location. Grounds notified to correct condition.

NOISE
12/12/2010 510 Main St Reporter complained of youths in the hallway. Upon arrival youths were
observed playing with foam guns. Information was obtained and youths
were escorted to their residences.
12/13/2010 540 Main St Reporter notified of chronic noise from tenant above. Reporter spoke
with tenant above regarding noise. Reporter was referred to Building
management.
12/15/2010 540 Main St R/O responded to report of noise complaint. R/O spoke to tenant and
asked her to be aware of tenant downstairs. Both parties were advised to
speak with building management regarding a resolution.
12/29/2010 540 Main St Reporter notified of chronic noise from tenant above. Reporter spoke
with tenant above regarding noise. Reporter was referred to Building
management.

TRESPASS
12/8/2010 686 Main St ARREST Subject observed placing several items in his jacket and
wheelchair. Subject was stopped and gave a voluntary statement.
Subject was issued a trespass notice and asked not to enter store again.

12/20/2010 Opp 400 Main St Two individuals observed at location unlawfully taking pictures of MTA
ventilation station. Individuals were warned and admonished and
pictures were deleted. Individuals were students and working on a
project.
12/25/2010 551 Main St Reporter advised male subject entered lobby and bypassed him going
straight to elevator. Upon arrival subject was found lingering in hallway.
R/O proceeded to escort subject to lobby when tenant opened door and
allowed subject entry. Tenant and subject were advised all visitors must
remain in lobby until they are announced.
12/26/2010 580 Main St R/O observed subjects loitering in the hallway smoking marijuana .
Subjects took flight into an apartment. Tenant refused to answer the
door.

HARASSMENT
12/9/2010 40 River Rd Victim advised two male subjects came to his apartment harassing him
for property that was lent to him. Both subjects stated they just wanted
property returned to them. Victim advised property will be returned.
Subjects were advised to leave the area. NYPD refused.
12/10/2010 Opp 750 Main St ARREST Victim advised a male trying to board the bus was being
disorderly and using profanity towards her. Subject has harassed victim
in the past.
12/10/2010 550 Main St NYPD ARREST Victim arrived at PSD with male subject. Subject had a
warrant for his arrest. Subject was taken into custody, but resisted
arrest. NYPD on scene and transported subject to 114 pct for arrest
processing.
12/23/2010 F/O 504 Main St Victim stated unknown youths approached her and threatened physical
harm to her and her children. Victim left refusing NYPD and gave no
further information.
12/28/2010 560 Main St Male youth victim states another youth harassed him. Victim advised he
filed a complaint against subject six months ago. Search of area for
subject yielded negative results. NYPD refused.
12/30/2010 500 Main St Victim advised while walking past location four males blocked her path
and began to taunt and harass her. Search of area for subjects yielded
negative results. Review of surveillance cameras yielded negative
results.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
12/13/2010 888 Main St ARREST Victim advised male subject threatened her after she advised
him he could not enter location. Witness on scene verified incident.
Subject was issued a summons.

DOMESTIC DISPUTE
12/5/2010 531 Main St
Male and female involved in a dispute. Male contacted 911 and NYPD on
scene. Upon arrival both parties refused NYPD. No injuries to report.
12/11/2010 425 Main St ARREST Wife reported her husband choked her. NYPD on scene and
husband was taken into custody.
12/21/2010 575 Main St Husband and wife involved in a dispute. NYPD refused. No injuries to
report.
12/27/2010 540 Main St Mother and son involved in a dispute. Son threw a shoe at the window
causing damage. Son apologized to mother. Tenant will pay for damage
to window.
12/30/2010 550 Main St NYPD ARREST Male and female entered PSD for a cross complaint. Both
parties involved in a physical altercation. NYPD on scene and both
parties were transported to 114 Pct.

OTHER VIOLATIONS
12/31/2010 F/O 560 Main St ARREST Male subject observed urinating in public. Male is son of
diplomat and was not issued summons due to diplomatic immunity.

AGG. HARASSMENT

PETIT LARCENY
12/3/2010 688 Main St Victim advised the cover to his vehicle was missing at location. NYPD
refused. Parking manager notified.
12/15/2010 425 Main St Victim advised she left a bag containing a camera worth $200 at location
with two other females. NYPD notified and on scene to file a report.

12/21/2010 5th Ave & 44 St. NYC Victim reported on 11/30/10 he withdrew $80 from his bank account.
Upon investigation an unknown subject withdrew $800 from his account.
NYPD notified and on scene for report.
12/21/2010 20 River Rd Victim is driver of taxi cab and reported two males requested pick up.
One subject was in a wheel chair and while victim was helping him into
the vehicle the other male subject took $500 from his wallet. Both
subjects fled the scene, one on foot and one in a vehicle.

12/26/2010 686 Main St ARREST Subject observed placing several items in his backpack valued
at $41.31. Subject was stopped by store security. Upon search of
backpack a small bag of marijuana was found. Subject was transported
to 114 Pct for arrest processing.
12/27/2010 455 Main St Victim advised he parked two of his bicycles at location and when he
returned they were missing. NYPD refused.
12/28/2010 506 Main St Victim advised three cable boxes missing from location. No signs of
forced entry.
12/30/2010 400 Main St Victim advised he parked his bicycle at location and upon his return the
chain was cut and bicycle was missing. Victim advised he would contact
NYPD on his own.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
12/1/2010 100 Bridge Way ARREST Reporter advised unknown individual caused damage to LPR
cameras. NYPD on scene for report and investigation. On 12/4/10 male
subject taken into custody and arrested in conjunction with a previous
charge with regard to damage to the LPR camera's. Subject confessed to
the incident and was transported to the 114th precinct for arrest
processing.
12/8/2010 546 Main St Reporter advised cable wire cut at location. Cable company on scene to
make repairs. Search for subjects yielded negative results.

12/11/2010 R/O 250 Main St Victim advised his company van was vandalized with graffiti written on
all sides of the vehicle. Search of area yielded negative results.

12/13/2010 688 Main St Three males observed tampering with a boot on a vehicle at location.
Upon arrival subjects were gone.
12/20/2010 688 Main St Victim advised her passenger side rear view mirror was missing.
12/22/2010 546 Main St Victim advised her front door was kicked in by unknown subjects.
Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. R/O observed dents
in door. No damage to lock.

ASSAULT
12/17/2010 510 Main St ARREST R/O responded to group of disorderly males. Male subject
punched male victim in the head. Subject was positively identified by
victim and taken into custody. Subject was transported to 114 Precinct
for arrest processing.
12/19/2010 R/O 536 Main St ARREST R/O observed female victim #1 with injuries at location. Victim
#1 stated she was involved in a physical altercation with her sister (victim
#2). Victim #2 was apprehended and advised victim #1 bit her causing
injury. Both parties were transported to 114 Precinct for arrest
processing.

BURGLARY

ROBBERY
12/23/2010 F/O 526 Main St Two male victims were approached by two male subjects, one with a
knife, and were asked to give them their jacket and hat valued at
approximately $300 for both. Subjects took items and fled. Victims
approached adult male for help. Adult male approached subjects and
returned items to victims. Incident took place on 12/22/10 but was not
reported to PSD until 12/23/10. NYPD notified for report. School Director
was notified of incident as well. Students will be escorted to subway in
the future. Follow up with regard to robbery on 12/23/10 by PSD
Detectives on 12/24/10. Victims and subjects were interviewed at the
114th Precinct and it was determined by NYPD Juvenile Officers that the
male youth subjects be released to their parents.
