What do you prefer life in the country or in the city?

I prefer country life away from that noise pollution that you hate so much. Nature is
full of goodness that we can benefit from living in the country. This place offers you a
tranquility so real that you can almost touch it with your hands. This calm helps you
reduce stress and in turn avoid the diseases caused by this state.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF THE FIELD

 ADVANTAGE

You breathe cleaner air

When we move away from the big
city and its environmental pollution,
the air begins to gain quality, so we
begin to breathe better. That, by
living in the countryside and
breathing better air, the decrease in
respiratory diseases is visible, since
we are in a more natural and healthy
environment.

You rest more and better

When thinking about the ideal rest, we imagine a place away from the noise of the city,
traffic and the voices of people late at night. When you live in the country, it is very
difficult for bedtime to be affected by noise and lights coming from outside. That is
why in the field you will feel what is a true restful sleep, after sleeping more and
better.
A healthier diet
When you live in the country, your diet improves considerably. Think that instead of
going to the supermarket to buy fruit and vegetables, it is very possible that you can
grow part of your food yourself, in addition to being able to buy it directly from the
nearby people who grow it.
In the field you totally disconnect from everything around you, and for once you are a
bit selfish and think more of yourself than of those around you. Living in the country
allows you to know yourself and be aware of the things that really matter to you in life.
Let's say it would be like a constant spiritual retreat where you can reflect on some
aspects and value your life much more.

Less active social life

Rural areas do not have the activities carried out in the city or the facilities it provides
to socialize with other people.
Less connectivity
The latest technology takes longer to arrive, and connectivity levels are often low in

Less access to health services and transportation

Without the organization, infrastructure and population concentration of the city, easy
access to hospitals and means of transportation is difficult.
Lifestyle can become monotonous
This to some extent is relative. For someone used to city life, the countryside can get
boring and monotonous.

In a globalized world, staying up-to-date with the latest technology is usually very easy
in the big city.

In the streets of the center you will find all the public and private services you may
need: shops, restaurants, cinemas, gyms, schools. And everything just a few steps from
your house.

 DISADVANTAGES

Noisy area
The concentration of cars, motorcycles, buses
and other vehicles makes the houses have more
noise all day, sometimes even at night, this is
one of the worst inconveniences of living in the city center.
Increased contamination
The air in the city center is of poorer quality, due to the pollution of the circulation. If
you are concerned about environmental pollution, look for houses that are next to a
park or green area.
More complicated environment if you have children
The city center is not the ideal place for children to grow up, as they will not be able to
go outside alone until they have enough.
Stress
Life in the city center is always more stressful, the continuous hustle, traffic and
crowds make living in the center more stressful than living on the outskirts.
