We do not posses any positive/negative opinion about others. We believe that there should
not be a comparison between academic institutes because everyone aspire to provide the
best possible.
8) How is the training given to each student? What is your training methodology?
We have adopted a very personalized training process where attention is given to each
individual student on the basis of – previous educational background, work experience (if
any), grasping and understating capacity.
We do not have culture batch oriented learning process. Over the years, we have observed
that each person has his own way and pace of learning. Therefore, we have given flexibility to
individual student to start Training Program at any time during the year. Any person who joins
the academy is given 45 days grace period from due date to complete the course.
Discussion with faculties and lectures are conducted in groups, but practical work training
which consists of 75-80% of entire course duration, is done 100% by every student with
his/her own pace of learning.
We have maximum 16 students in one batch. Although 15-16 students work together, as
mentioned above we treat EVERY student as a batch. Each student study and practice with
his / her individual tempo and level of understanding. The ultimate aim is to transform every
student of us into a professional.
