Parenting Agreement

Between Mr. GEORGE CLON (passport 92345236), with physical address at 7th Av, 245, Manhattan, NY,
and Mr. PETER SANDERS (passport 95454123), with physical address at 145 stress 567, Manhattan, NY,
desiring individually and cooperatively to take care of their child MICHAEL THOMAS CLON
SANDERS (passport 7263744512). Both parties reach the following agreement on May 5th, 2016:

A. Child’s Residence
1. We intend for the child to have a strong emotional bond with both parents. The child shall reside with
Mr. GEORGE CLON, with the goal of fostering a strong relationship with both parents, who will be the
main responsible person for the child.
2. Residence: The child shall reside with Mr. GEORGE CLON from Monday to Thursday, and with Mr.
PETERS SANDERS from Thursday to Sunday. Both parents agree that it may be necessary to be flexible
with the physical custody schedule and arrangements to accommodate the child’s needs, special events,
family emergencies, holidays, and vacations. Any change in the schedule shall be notified between parents
via email or phone.
3. Flexibility and cooperation: Both parents will make their best effort to coordinate with and accommodate
and coordinate with each other’s schedules.

B. Religion
Both parents acknowledge the fundamental importance of Judaism in their lives and wish to impart to their
child the ethical, cultural, and spiritual values of Judaism. They are also committed to including other
traditions in their cultural celebrations. They each intend to teach their child to understand and respect all
religions and cultures.

C. Proximity of Parents’ Households

Both parents agree that it would be best if they are able to reside near each other in order to easily transfer
the child between households and to facilitate their face-to-face contact and communication. Both parents
shall make their best effort to reside no farther apart than approximately one hour by car.

D. Financial Matters
Day-to-day expenses and large costs: Mr. PETERS SANDERS shall be individually responsible for food,
education, clothing, toys, entertainment, and other day-to-day expenses incurred while the child is living at
their respective residences. Both parents agree that Mr. PETER SANDERS will transfer US$ 10.000
electronically to NEW YORK BANK account number 320000000000123.
 E. Review and Amendment of This Agreement
If either parent would like to consider a clarification of, or change to, the terms of this agreement, both
parents shall meet together and attempt to reach agreement on any such proposed change. The agreement
may only be amended by mutual written consent between both parents.

Each of us has read this agreement. Each of us understands and agrees to all of its terms.

encuentra confeccionado en idioma inglés, el Señor Juez de Familia solicita al Señor Traductor Público
Nacional, designado por audiencia ante la actuaria, a que en el término de 72 horas proceda a contestar los
siguientes interrogantes para poder interpretar fehacientemente la voluntad de los progenitores al momento
de la suscripción del acuerdo, haciéndole saber que el Traductor deberá cumplir fielmente con el cargo

6) ¿Cuál es el medio de comunicación acordado para la notificación de cambios en el régimen de cuidado
del menor?
7) ¿Cuál es la religión acordada por ambos progenitores?
8) Explique si existe en el acuerdo pautas sobre las distancias de residencia entre ambos progenitores.
9) ¿El presente acuerdo reviste el carácter de instrumento público según la ley argentina?
10) ¿El acuerdo suscripto posee fecha cierta?
