Name/Title of the Activity:

Science Fair
Youth for Environment to a better Society: YES you can!

Objectives:
1. To raise awareness among students regarding the environmental issues.
2. To hone the creativity skills, collaboration and cooperation of the students.
3. To let the students discover their talents and interests through experiments,
innovation and environmental protection activities.

Activity Plan/Description:

1. The activities will be participated according to grade level and section and they are
assisted by their classroom adviser. This is a whole day activity.

The following are the activities:

a. Science Experiments: The students will think of a short experiment/s that they are
going to present to their schoolmates. This activity will follow a schedule (rotation)
wherein a certain group of students will come to their room to witness their
experiments. Each grade level will divide their class into groups wherein all of them
will have an opportunity to present their experiment/s.
b. Science Stations. This activity is participated by house. There are a total of five
stations. Each house will receive a paper with stations written on it. For every
stations, there is a corresponding challenge to be done by the groups. Once done, they
will be given a mark for the corresponding station.
c. Invention: Each grade level will think of an invention or anything that they will
create using recyclable materials either functional or not. This activity is open for
several inventions to each grade level. Participants are allowed to choose for their
own venue/place where they can put and present their inventions.
