SUMMER HEALTH TIPS

Now-a-days our life has become too hectic for maintaining fitness. We need to follow
some tips which can help up keep healthy and fit. If we remain careful and follow these
tips we will remain fit and free from sickness:
 Drink 10-12 glasses of water a day and stay hydrated. Also can drink ORS/Glucose
water not processed/bottled fruit juice/cold drinks. Bath twice a day (once in the morning
& again at night before go to bed).
Wear cotton, loose, white dress/knitwear not woven if possible. And stay cool/live
itching / rash free.
Sleep sound (sleep at least 7-9 hours a day). Wake up early in the morning &
walk/exercise before sun rises.
Stay stress-free by being busy with work (being busy is a symbol of fit & healthy body)
Take proper rest after coming back from work/school/outside. Don’t exercise too much 
rather do 2-3 times a week (or with lesser time limit of 10 to 15 minutes)
Avoid direct heat of sun from 11 am to 3 pm (it makes you dehydrated/may make you
senseless)
Use an umbrella if emergency outing needed and keep a water bottle in your bag to
drink if you feel thirsty.
Eat more fruits (in summer local fruits are in plenty) & vegetables. Fruits help to fight
against some summer diseases (like - jaundice, fever, common cold etc.)
Wipe out your sweat after coming home back from office/school or after doing
