San Juan Academy, Incorporated will now accept enrollment through Online and School-Based
Registration starting on June 1, 2020 until July 31, 2020 for the School Year 2020-2021.
Classes will start on August 24, 2020.

Due to the restrictions brought about by COVID-19, there will be no Admission Examination for
incoming Grade 7 and 11 students. The requirements for Grade 7, 11 and Transferees are the
following:

1. Report Card
2. Certificate of Good Moral
3. PSA Birth Certificate

Applicants who would like to register online may submit scanned copies of the requirements.
For old students, only Report Card is needed upon enrollment.

For School-Based Registration, only parents/guardian will be allowed to enroll and confirm their
child’s admission to school in observance of social distancing protocol and IATF guidelines.
Limited number of parents/guardian will be allowed to enter the school. Wearing of mask is
required upon entering the school premises.
